I would give this place a negative star if I could. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. All the reviews are fake and DO NOT believe them. They will pay for your **************** if you leave them a good review. I had my deep cleaning and root canal done back in December. After getting them done, I asked the doctor on the day of if I needed any antibiotics. I was told no antibiotics is needed and I only need to take OTC Tylenol/ibuprofen. I was in extreme pain for almost 4 days!!! They told me the pain was gonna go away after time pass. I couldnt hold it anymore and called on the following Monday. Finally doctor prescribed me antibiotics but I was not able to get it in time because it was sent to the wrong name!!! How unprofessional this is!!They would also ask you pay the services in full before you get the services. You have to pay before they would even schedule you for an appointment!! Theres a lot of services would be covered under insurance that they will have you pay in advance because they are not sure if they will be paid by insurance!! I originally schedule an appt for another dental cleaning before all these happened. Because I was so disappointed with them so did not want to use them anymore. I got the message below from them in February. This is Red Rock Dental reaching out because we have you scheduled on Thursday, March 23rd at 8:00 am. Unfortunately we will be unable to see you at that time as ******* will no longer be working with us starting February 16th. She will now be teaching full time! Please text or call us to reschedule this appointment. I did not reschedule because I didnt even wanna use them anymore. Today, they told me they are not able to refund my credit because of the no show fee. Excuse me, ** taking it as my appointment is being cancelled by them saying we will be unable to see you. They said its not cancelled because you never called to reschedule.Business response

I responded to our patient's concern on ****** and stated that I apologize for her experience with our office. It is never our intention to have that kind of interaction with our patients. I reviewed her chart and issued a her a refund for $95.20 in the form of a check. No short cancellation / no show fee was charged. We will forward her records to her next provider at her request.
Enclosed is a copy of her final account statement.
