I sold them 7 unopened in damaged box of sensors at $42 a box , I have never received any money from them I have called trying to get info and status , was told 3 boxes were damage so only half price ! And money would be on PayPal ! To this point I have not received , I have pictures myself but when I package them and non was damaged !Business response

customer was all over ******** page bad mouthing us regarding payment turns out he signed up with wrong address sent correct one and I issued payment and updated info.I sent PayPal on 5/22 and it is still unclaimed, I don't know if PayPal address he gave and updated is correct, I can only go by what customer fills out and the information they give us. He could have just called us and I would have been happy to help him once I send payment I do not look back to see if it goes through, on PayPal its instant.

I sold this company two perfectly conditioned boxes of unused test strips. Examined them and packaged them carefully so they would be the same condition as before sending. Each box was to bring $50/box and they have a promotional offer...first time sellers receive additional $15. I requested $ to be sent by PayPal, but check was issued for $50, where it should have been $115. I contacted them and they told me one of my seals were broke, which was not true, as this is a common issue with these companies to scam people people to make extra $ from them.Business response

To whom it may concern,
I have tried to speak with customer on numerous occasions, to explain that the product she sent was not in mint condition. I sent her a picture of her product as well as attached here for you. The seal is broken. I offered to give her a $10 credit towards he next order.

This box they sent a pic of, doesn't even have a tamper seal...mine came straight from pharmacy and was bubbled in packaging and was in mint condition.
This is insane how dishonest these scam artists are.

To Whom It May ********************** attached photos of the product ************** send to us, I have no reason to fabricate that. We are in the business of buying strips and have 1000.'s of satisfied customers, however I can not pay for products that we can not redistribute. I very kindly tried to explain this to her on numerous occasions. Again, we feel we were very generous in offering ************** the first time customer bonus at $15 on the next order.

I have a record of all calls that are made to and from my phone. The only two calls on my records are where I called ******** Diabetics. On both occasions, I was placed on hold and a second person picked up the line as I was put on hold. I was addressed as someone else both times, as the person was trying to explain why this person wasn't even getting any $ after sending boxes. Then second call, a person was telling a customer they were sorry they didn't get the $15 that was a promotion for being a new customer. As I didn't receive this either....it can be understandable to forget one person, but several. This company is bogus and they are stealing from people to resell their products for profit by 100% stealing.
