Unfortunately, I submitted a credit card online for a service that is not provided. We do not need domain listings on the internet for a service that was promised but appears to be a scam. This is an internet scam that does not provide a service. I believed this was a real bill. I did not know that domain listing fees are paid directly to the company that hosts our website. This is a company that is fishing.Business response

This business is sending my business a bill for $300 for a service I never ordered. It has a due date of 8/1/24 or penalties. My business has received a bill from them for 20 years. *** asked them to remove me from their mailing list and they havent. The mailings are misrepresentations and deceptive. The us mail has laws that prohibit fraudulent mailings. This company operates numerous other scam businesses from the same addressBusiness response

When I Got The Letter form ************* They used Deceiving tactics and Wording that made me believe this was a bill. I have never done business with this Company, so I resorted to Wix.com. I saw Everything was fine. I searched the ****** info name " Domain Listings" It brought me here. Its sad that this company Can Undeniably "trick" People into paying for something that they think its there domain Bill. it Does say on the back with Bold letters that they are not the Domain provider. But they used language on the front that is deceiving for example using Threats such as, " if Someone else buy's your domain listing you could lose it. If they were not the Domain Provider How can they do that?. If they were doing everything right people would not be complaining.Business response

I received a fake "website listing service" bill on 06/20/2024 from "Domain Listings" that was addressed to my company. I'm sure the respondent will retort it's an "offer", citing clever fine print in doing so, but, as other complaints have already noted, the advertisement is deceptively formatted to appear as a bill, complete with a deadline to remit payment. I have never contacted this company nor solicited their services. I simply want to further raise awareness of this predatory, deceptive mailing strategy. I eagerly await a diplomatic all-caps reply from the Domain Listings informing me they've removed me from their mailing list.Business response

I have written each time they sent a letter to our office requesting a removal from their database. We own our domain, we aren't going to pay them for something we already own. They apparently cannot read because I've requested removal from their database about four times now. I wonder if they can read a BBB complaint, ****** review and yelp review because those are next.Business response

This business is a scam. Do not pay anything they bill! I called to understand exactly what they do and what these charges were for and the women was so rude from the moment she answered the phone, didnt give me any info and hung up on me. I see several other people had this experience with her as well. Extremely suspicious, just by the way she acts you can tell this business is BS and they're scamming people. When i called back to get the charge refunded she conveniently didnt answer the phone.Business response

Don't be mad at me because you didnt know what card/info that I was asking for. On top of the fact that you had to call your bank to get the correct card information.
Your rude with me then you will get the same in return.........

the fact that it was my business partners debit you have been charging and me not knowing the last 4 digits until asking her does not matter in the slightest. Your responses are manipulative and youre dodging blame. The way you answered the phone was rude and didnt help me understand what your business was and why I was being charged. And then proceeded to hang up on me. There is nothing you can say that will change my mind or any of the other thousands of ppl complaining about your company. You guys are a complete scam and once youre outted all you can do is try to place blame elsewhere. Its not ethical. I will not settle this complaint until my refund is in place.

We noticed that a debit of ****** was made on our account. We never received an invoice or notice of required payment for any service from Domain Listings LLC and therefore contacted them on April 23, 2024 to have the ****** refunded. Although being told the issues would be taken care of no refund was made to our account. On May 22, 2024 I contacted them again only to be told that they have no record of the transaction and to send proof. Upon sending the email proof I called back to discuss only to have her become rude and hang up the phone. Called back and she hung up on me a second time. We never asked for their services and want our money refunded.Business response

We have received multiple letters from this company regarding their "services", we have asked them to stop multiple times by calling in. This company is sending letters that LOOK like a bill and that could be interpreted as such, regardless, we do not want these letters, and have asked them to stop. They have not stopped. The "bills" that they send are predatory or at least seem that way.Business response
