      I have been seeing the advertisement for this company on ******** for quite some time. I have also previously purchased their products at the kiosk at DIA. I placed an order on 7/23/24 after looking at all the pictures on their website order page. I received my order yesterday and 5 out of the 7 products i ordered are NOT AS ADVERTISED! The pictures of the dried peaches and nectarines show 8 ounces (each). The pictures also show dried fruit that is the color of actual peaches and nectarines, but what i received were BLACK pieces of fruit! Yet the package states 'sulphur dioxide added to preserve color!!, AND i received only 5 ounces of each product!I also ordered dried hibiscus, supposed to be 5 oz. but got 4 oz. and again the picture shows bright burgundy colored dried fruit, with no 'coating'. What i received was grayish colored pieces with a gray substance coating. I ordered TOASTED coconut strips, but received plain white coconut strips! Lastly, i ordered dried pineapple rings, 9 oz. shown but i received 5 oz.i have attempted to call the number provided at least 7 times but just get a recording, so i've left 3 messages. i have also sent 2 emails, with not even an acknowledgement. i have clicked on their "HELP? FAQ's page only to have it say 'page cannot be found

      I placed an order on Nov 7th, 2023 for seven 1lb bags of sugar-free gummy bears for a total of $59.44 (I received a ten dollar discount.) The order number is #*****.The website description states that these gummy bears are sugar-free, and lists Maltitol and Aspartame as non-sugar sweeteners. I am diabetic, so it's important to me that the gummy bears are sugar-free. However when I received the gummy bears, the labeling shows that there is 19g of sugar per serving, and lists corn syrup as the first ingredient. I cannot eat them due to the sugar content. I immediately sent an email to the business on Nov 18th, 2023 about this issue, asking if I had received an incorrect batch. I sent a follow-up email on Dec 2nd, 2023. I have not received a response as of Jan 8, 2024.I have attached my order receipt, screenshots from the website, and photos of the order I received for proof. At this point, I would like a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As I mentioned in the original complaint and as you can see attached here, I sent two emails to the business, two very polite, friendly emails, stating my issue with receiving the wrong product. The business did not respond to me for two months. How could I return the product if you won't respond to me? 

      Given the lack of response, I don't think it is my responsibility at this time to return the product. I also don't appreciate that the business is not acknowledging the false advertising on their website saying sugar-free when the items I received have sugar in them. However, as a gesture of good faith, I am willing to return the unopened bags (one of the bags is open) for a full refund plus cost of shipping.

      I placed an order for products on their site on May 30, 2023. They separated my order into 3 shipments. I got the first one. The second one says delivered but it was not at my house. The third part has still not shipped. I contacted them repeatedly via their email, phone number and ******** page but no one has ever answered the phone, responded to my messages. or emailed me back. I want to be reimbursed or have them ship my two remaining items that never arrived. It does not seem like too much to ask that they respond and make sure i get refunded or get the products that I paid for. Thank you, Xela

      I am rejecting this response because: my initial order was split into 3 deliveries. I received the first delivery. The second delivery, of the tangerine wedges, shows as delivered BUT THEY WERE NOT ON MY PORCH AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM, DESPITE WHAT THE DELIVERY ** reported. Items are not stolen from my porch, so I don't know what happened. Other companies have replaced the missing delivery when this has happened. The last item, pears, have now been pending for 6 months. I have not received a single response from your company despite multiple attempts to communicate across multiple platforms, multiple times, until now. That's a really inferior way to do business and had customer service. I'm a huge fan of your products, so it's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. And you've lost a customer who would have been loyal for years worth repeat orders. I would like all the products I ordered from you to be replaced/sent. Thank you.

      We provided 2 tracking numbers from **** , showing that the products were delivered. 
      if the first delivery was delivered then the 2nd one was delivered as well to the same address. It not in our control to verify there is a person in the house on the time of delivery.

      we will gladly refund money on the pears however the other items were sent in a timely manner and were received. We didnt get any return package.

      please Ask from the customer to remove the complaint so we can issue the refund.

      the customer always right however in this case we have proof of delivery and therefore the customer is in fault .

      Back in June,(6/14/23) I preordered glazed orange slices. I paid through PayPal. I can see from their website that they have been in stock, but they have not sent them to me. I have emailed, called and left voicemails and emailed through their website. No response, no nothing. Its sad.

      On May 12, I placed an order, #***** with Bee Fruity and Nutty, but only 1/3 of the order was ever received. We are still waiting for the balance. The order was a gift for my daughter and contained the following:******************* x 1 $ **** Tangerine wedges x 1 $ **** Goji ***** x 1 $ **** Passion fruits x 3 $29.97 After discount, including shipping of $10.48, the total was $58.87.On May 14, the ginger and tangerine were shipped and were delivered on May 17. I was told that the passion fruit was backordered and would ship in 4 to 6 weeks. On their website, the order status says the passion fruit is preparing for shipping and that the goji ***** is confirmed and that they are getting it ready. Neither was ever shipped.On June 29, I checked with my daughter who confirmed that the balance of the order had never arrived so I emailed the company to request an update on the status of this order. I received no response. In the last month I have sent multiple emails, I have left multiple messages on their phone because no live person ever answers, and I have sent multiple messages from the get in touch page on their website. No one has ever contacted me, by email or phone. I also checked my junk email box just in case, but there was nothing there.It is now almost twelve weeks since I placed the order and I have heard nothing. The company is apparently unwilling to talk to me. The order status has not been updated nor has it been canceled. I know they have read my messages because prior to July, their promotional mailings, sent to my email were addressed to my daughter, whose name was on the shipping address of the order. The original billing name on the order was my husbands name. As of July 12, the emails started using my name. So except for putting my name on the promotional emails, they have chosen to ignore my request for help.I would prefer to have them deliver the goods I ordered, but if they are unable to do that, then I would like a refund.

      The business had more than eight weeks to reship the order, they did not do so and never contacted me before I submitted this complaint.

      There was absolutely no response from the listed telephone, email or any of the social media accounts for the business, all the while I have been barraged with promotional emails. this is unacceptable and I believe they have other customers being treated like this.

      If the company genuinely wishes to reship the order, I want to see a tracking number sent, with BBB copied.

      Otherwise, process a refund for the undelivered merchandise immediately.

I've emailed them and didn't hear anything back but just a tracking of a package the next few days. Within a week I received my package of partial of the order, not all. I've reach out again this week to asked about the rest of the order and of course , I have not heard of anything back. Whether it is coming or not. Customer Service is none-existing. Also the credit card I've used to order is cancelled and would like a refund to another card.

      as we are selling dry fruits sometimes we running out and customers can pre order the item .

      I ordered items from this website (Dried fruit) After I checked out I noticed it was going to a different person and a different address. I immediately sent an email to the company and tried to call them and received a voicemail so I left a message. The next day I received no response but I did receive a tracking number. I again sent an email and called them and received a voicemail and left another message. They have yet to respond. I want a full refund and I will never order from this Business again due to their non existent customer service, and absolute horrible way of how they conduct business.
