I paid $4,000 USD to ZillyCon *********** STR Launch (formerly know as *********************** (*************************** and *****************************) on April 3, 2023. I joined their academy March 21, 2023, because I wanted to start my own rental arbitrage business. The promise that was made to me was that by paying an extra $4,000 on top of the $1,500 I paid to join the academy, would guarantee for me to have a profitable property without having to do all of the footwork. Through their teachings, they provided me software that I could use to determine whether or not a specific property was profitable or not. I purchased the software (****** and BNB Calc) to utilize in order to run the numbers these properties to determine if they were profitable. Prior to purchasing this platform, I spoke with several of their staff members, one in particular of whom is ******* brother, *******************************. He clearly stated on a call via Zoom that I would be able to acquire properties that would be profitable if I paid an extra $4,000. I signed the contract and paid the money in good faith that I would get what was promised to me. My assistant was present and can attest to this conversation.Upon looking at the properties and running numbers via the software they instructed me to use, none of these properties were profitable, in fact, majority of them are in the negative. After discovering these properties were not profitable, I reached out to the mentors to discuss what I saw when I ran the numbers using the software they instructed me to use. My assistant and I went through every property and couldnt find any properties that were profitable. I reached out several times about these properties and havent gotten any responses or just being told they will find me something then I never heard from them again. I did not receive what I paid for and this company never tried to resolve the issue. I should be fully refunded due to not receiving what I paid for. They breached the contract.
