The first person that came to install my batteries for my solar panels left for the day with out telling anyone leaving my garage door wide open and the tools all out in front. The supervisor came back later that day and said he would finish the job up the next day. My roommate waited for him and he then said there was too much work to be done and he would have to come back the next day.That was almost a week ago. My roommate canceled his plans and waited all day without anyone showing up, calling or even sending a text. I have tried to call repeatedly and get disconnected immediately as if they have blocked my number. They have not responded to text messages either.They also stuck me with the bill for having the power disconnected which is a $420 bill and they said oh, please send us that and we will reimburse you. They never have. I am talking with Sunnova the company that contracted them currently about a resolution and will be consulting with a lawyer next as there are open panels that *** or *** not be dangerous to touch and I have no idea weather my panels are working as I can see things are not connected and when I check online I only see estimated level since they started their work.I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs.Business response

This was already taken care of.
90% of his complaint is inaccurate and our General Manager spoke with customer to resolve the issue. The job is already in the final stage.
