We indeed did warranty this work, at no charge to the customer. Our ************************* was dispatched on 09/07/2023 to check the breaker. He found that it was stuck and not resetting. He replaced it with a new breaker at NO CHARGE, and everything then worked as normal. No invoice for materials or labor was issued to the customer. ALL work was done FREE, and there is no balance due from this customer.Initial Complaint

****, we apologize for your frustration. Like we told you earlier, we have no control over NVE and their requirements. We had had the permit since early December and were waiting for NVEs response for the *** request, which they denied due to the transmission lines in your area not having enough capacity to do the 200 amp panel upgrade. These are conditions that as a contractor we have no control over, and we were just as frustrated as you were. Our owner did make the trip out at no charge to explain to you what we could do with what NV Energy stated we would be allowed to do, but this did not satisfy your electrical needs. You insisted that we ignore and circumvent the permit process with the ***************** and the *** process with ** Energy. Not following the code as set by both entities is illegal, and we do not do business in that manner. You were also adamant that your Tesla charger only needed one hour to fully charge your car from zero. When we tried to educate you on the charger and the time needed to charge, you became convinced that we were not telling you the truth. We tried to show you the information obtained directly from the Tesla website, information published by Tesla. At that time, we highly recommended that you contact ***** to confirm what we were telling you; you refused to do that. You then demanded your money back. At this point, we have labor spent, and a permit already paid for, which we need to recoup. We could not upgrade your panel, as you stated you wanted to bypass ** Energy and would not listen when we tried to tell you that we could not legally bypass NVE or the *****************. And the Tesla charger cannot be legally installed in your home due to the small panel and the electrical load which would be exceeded. You came to our office with a huge chip on your shoulder and were not prepared to listen. You were belligerent to our staff and to our owner, making false and derogatory claims and threats. You just dont like that we will not do the work illegally and that we arent giving you the answers you want. The fact is that we spent an incredible amount of time trying to accommodate your demands. We issued the amount of refund appropriate for the labor and permit expenses we had already incurred.
