      I thought I was purchasing legit tickets for an ***** Brothers concert for September 14, 2024 at GasSouth Arena. After purchasing "tickets" I checked receipt and order later and saw that there were not actual tickets purchased and that I would get them one day before concert. I wanted to have the tickets secured the day of purchase. This was misleading and I'm requesting a refund and also wanting to report that this business is not transparent in their dealings with customers.

      ********** Ticket Sales is a leading resale provider of event tickets. The checkout process is the same for every customer including this one. This customer must agree to the delivery time frame set by the seller of these tickets prior to authorizing their purchase. The resale ticket industry does not work as this customer desires, tickets are generally transferred closer to the event date as is the case here. There is nothing else this customer needs to do other than to sit back, relax and enjoy there event this fall

      Misrepresented themselves. They are not legit . I purchase the tickets. I went on to my Ticketmaster app and there were no tickets . I looked up my transaction. It was still pending with Discover credit card. Discover told me to contact the ticket company and request a credit. Since I had just made this transaction there were no telephone numbers. Discover tried to find them for me. They couldn't find one. I finally found after calling several places someone to talk to from that ticket company they will not work with me. They will not refund it.. I went into the email that they sent me at that time. They told me my tickets would not be available until the day before. That is unacceptable. They have my money. I should have my tickets. I expect a refund, when I called . They will not give me one.

      The order # ********-$637.13.

      The response from them is no refunds. Well I can deal with that IF I have the tickets. However they will not give them to me until the night before. Unacceptable! Some complaints listed here say they never received in time ! I should not pay for tickets 5 months in advance. Ticket master sends immediately once paid . After I paid I was notified that I won't receive tickets until day before

      Thank you for contacting ********** Ticket Sales. We request that this complaint be closed immediately because the complaint has zero merit. At the time of purchase this customer agreed to a delivery time frame at the time of checkout which was that tickets would be available no later than 48 hours prior to the event. See attached. This customers event is not until July and that is when tickets will be transferred. 

      Secondly, we sell tickets to over ***** customer a month so we know what we're doing when it comes to ticket delivery. We're not new at this nor is a handful of complaints a reflection of the size and volume of our enterprise operation. 

      Lastly, this customer is committing FINANCIAL FRAUD. Yes, this customer has committed fraud by filing a false dispute with their credit card provider. Until this dispute is dropped we will have no further conversations with this individual. Please note that all communications with the customer are archived including where we can see the customer has accessed their transfer url from which will be provided to their credit card company, see here:

      Purchased tickets in May **** #******** For $527.95.Event was in October.I purchased insurance that was suggested.In the mean time I have a legal proceeding that has prevented me from being able to attend.I contacted the company.Apparently they use a third party for the insurance and do not support any claim.When I try to file a claim for insurance there is a run around.After submitting all documentation to them they will not refund the CC used to purchase the tickets. They will not support any claim over $273 dollars.In addition they will take several weeks to review claim at which point if they deny the claim I can not sell the tickets.This is wrong.They suggested the insurance and should refund my money.

      ********** Ticket Sales is a resale marketplace. At the time of checkout all customers including this one must agree to our industry standard website terms and conditions which clearly state that all sales are final and that there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellation. While this customer purchased insurance for their purchase, they didn't however clearly read the coverage terms. while we're sympathetic to this customers recent divorce proceedings, simply stated this is not a covered item with the insurance protection they selected. we've attached the policy information. As such, no refund will be provided to the customer and consider the matter closed.

      I purchased tickets for *********************** on 11/1 for the ****** show on 5/19 for ~$3425. The company said we would receive them by 5/18 at the latest. We repeatedly texted (no phone numbers to call( on 5/19 and finally received a new set within an hour of the start of the show, which was too late to attend the concert given where we were traveling from. When we realized they were having issues, we repeatedly asked that they just refund them if they couldnt immediately transfer them but they refused. The result was that we paid an exhorbitant amount of money and no one used the tickets. I think this company is violating principles of consumer protection and should be held accountable. Note that the second image was after 4:00 ET on the night of the show when we still hadnt received the tickets. Best, ***************************

      ********** Ticket Sales relies on a vast network of ticket suppliers to deliver tickets for customer purchases. We deliver tickets to over ******* customers a year. We've reviewed the complaint filed by our customer and while tickets were transferred to the customer  the day of the event, our ticket supplier has issued a full refund which will be available back on the customers credit card in 3 to 5 business days. We believe this matter is closed now.

Representative originally stated that a credit was issued in May (5/18?) but, when ****************ed requested proof of the credit, he placed us on hold and, upon returning to the call, stated that the dispute was closed in their favor. When I requested his name as well as the name of their CEO, he stated that didnt want the conversation to be recorded and **************** stated that they needed to drop off. I stayed on the line, and he continued to refuse to provide any information for their *****************

      ********** Ticket Sales is a marketplace and merely acts as an intermediary between buyers such as this and ticket sellers who are responsible for fulling their purchases. We can see that this consumer has been in communication with the ticket seller on multiple occasions, however the information they've presented here doesn't accurately portray all of the facts. This individual made no contact with the ticket seller until a month of their event had taken place and made no contact prior to the event to state they were having difficulty accessing their tickets. As they stated, the did file a dispute with **************** which they won provisionally, however after **************** did its due diligence reversed the dispute in the sellers favor since it clearly shows when tickets were transferred. As such and since no attempts were made prior to the event this matter is closed, and no refund will be provided

      I am rejecting this response because: I received two emails, the first on 7/13/22 and the second on 8/8/22, stating that a chargeback was filed and closed in my favor. Subsequentially, during a 9/1/22 call, which **************** recorded, I was told that the credit had been issued to **************** in May 2022. There must have been a system error that prevented the credit from initially processing. Please rectify the issue and process the credit. I appreciate your attention in this matter.

      This will be our final response as this customer is NOT owed a refund:

      - Order completed by this consumer 5/4

      - Tickets were transferred by our supplier to the consumer on 5/4 within 15 minutes after purchase well in advance of the event date taking place on 6/4

      - This consumer filed a chargeback with their credit card company on 5/24 which was subsequently closed in the suppliers favor 

      - There was no contact from this consumer until mid July, 7/13. The consumer was advised in error that the chargeback was closed in their favor and that they would receive a refund. This is was wrong information as the chargeback was not closed in their favor. 

      Based on the facts that tickets were transferred timely, we received no communication before the event from the customer and the chargeback was closed in the suppliers favor this customer will not receive be receiving a refund and they should consider this matter closed.

      Hello. I paid over $1100 for 2 tickets to attend a concert for *************. The event was supposed to be on Saturday March 19 in ******* which is 4 hours drive from my home in *******. We received a cancellation email the day before. There was no future date given. I emailed the box office and asked them for a refund because I booked the event for this specific date and they cancelled on us. (A copy of the email is attached). They didnt respond to me. 5 month later In August, they sent a new schedule for a Sunday event. I reminded them that I asked to refund the tickets price before. I also mentioned I cant travel on Sunday because I have work on Monday and initially I booked for a Saturday event. They said I can only resell my ticket through them. I put that for them to sell it and they were not able to do so. So I ended up paying over $1100 (receipt and a credit card confirmation attached) for an event I couldnt attend because they canceled on us. I request a full refund. Thank you.

      Thank you for contacting us. This customer was emailed on 4/1/22 at 8:37 that their event had been rescheduled which is ample time in advance of the date of the event. At the time of checkout this customer agreed to an all sales are final policy and that there was no refunds for postponed events. The customers decision not to attend the event is of their own accord and is not a reason to get a refund. As such, we deem this matter closed.

      i BOUGHT TICKETS 6 WEEKS AGO AND NOW ITS THE *** OF MY CONCERT AND THEY ARE PROMISING I WILL HAVE MY TICKETS BY 5:3O AND IF NOT THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY MINUS THE SERVICE CHARGE. THE CONCERT STARTS AT 7 SO THAT LEAVES LITTLE TIME TO FIND NEW TICKETS IF THEY DONT CONTACT ME UNITL 5:30.       For the past 20 years group of lifelong friends have attended the ************** tour at ******* ***************** Ballroom. We are all 65-70 and have since lost parents, siblings, spouses, and even children. This annual event allows us to reunite, forget our troubles, and have fun. When I logged into Club Casino Box Office, I was redirected to these scammers. I was charged 2x face value for seats to the far left of the stage and when the agent read the closing, he spoke so fast he sounded like a cattle auctioneer and I stupidly agreed. I immediately realized my mistake and and called to cancel before my card had processed and they rudely refused. Because I could not charge my friends double for lousy seats, I called ******************** and got 4 seats in front of the stage for $66 each. To lose $507 when my Social Security check is $1062 would be devastating. As embarrassed and ashamed as I feel, I'm not alone. 175 people on ****, 55 on this BBB website, 33 on ********* *****.com, and 24 more on Ripoff Report.com. have also been scammed. I know I was fooled but shouldn't they show compassion *** a 70 year old handicapped senior citizen? I have also contacted the ***** Attorney General and the office of Senator ************* who sits on the Senate Committee on Aging. Please help me!

When our customer called us they did so directly. They were not redirected as they allege. Furthermore, our terms and conditions are very clear and were agreed to on the call by our customer before processing their transaction. The terms that were agreed to state that we are a resale marketplace, tickets may be sold above face value and that all sales are final, there are no refunds exchanges or cancellations. Lastly, we have sold tickets to well over 1 million customers and a handful of complaints referenced by our customer is in no way a reflection of the service we've delivered to those million customers. We transferred our customer their tickets the same day they purchased them. We hope our customer enjoys their event later this month Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have not the received the tickets nor do I want them. I called the real ******************** Box office and bought much better seats for 1/2 the price.
