There is nothing transparent about their policies or subscriptions, including cancelation. I tried to cancel twice, not realizing it was unsuccessful until I contacted customer service requesting a refund before the new charge had even cleared my account, which they denied. The cancelation process was lengthy and prompts you to "freeze" your account instead of canceling it, meaning you will have a brief period of no charge until they begin charging your account again. I did not want this, but this was the option offered to me the second time I attempted to cancel. It should not be that difficult to cancel a subscription service. The app is constantly prompting in-app purchases that you can easily mistakenly make. I have read many other reviews that state similar complaints. They are tricking peopleHARNA Response

When downloading the app to purchase the plans that you want, they have it so that one click purchases add-ons after purchasing your original plan. It makes it look confusing too. It doesn’t say “purchase these additional plans” it is vague language and when I tried to scroll, I accidentally pressed a button. When I got to the next page, I realized it was a button to purchase add-ons. But I couldn’t go back to say I didn’t want it. It never went to a cart to finalize a payment, it had processed right away. I never received a receipt, only for the original purchase, so I thought I was in the clear. It’s ridiculous that one click purchases happen nowadays. I emailed the company and they said that they don’t refund accidents. They lost a customer who would have kept paying for their 3 mo plans regularly with this gimmicky way to have customers tricked into buying more plans. The plans aren’t even that great.
