            I have been charge 89.87 per month from 5-13,2021 thru 10-15-2021 for what they've told me is either dog food & or pet supplies then I was told it was for online fitness, which I never signed up for when I ask for proof they wouldn't or couldn't provide. I went to my credit union in Nov. 2021 & they suggested that I change my bank card so they could no longer try to charge the card. After numerous calls which I spoke to a mr. ******* very asian man with poor english he said he could only provide a two month credit & so I ask to speak with a supervisor & he said he has to take all my information & someone would call be back in 24-48 hours.. that never happened so I kept calling back & seem to keep getting Mr. ******* & he said I just need to be patient & wait for the supervisor to call me back....again never happened. Im seeking my full refund of $449.35 since I was given only a 1 month refund on 10-18-2021. thank you **** *********. ************ cell or home ****************
