I placed an order with Opulencemd Beauty over a month ago for their product. The product was available. My credit card has been charged and I never received the product. I never received an order confirmation. Nothing. I've called and emailed. They are not taking customer service calls and not returning emails.Business response

Their order # *****. I paid $2 extra for *** delivery instead of ****. Given tracking # ******************. This tracking number was not found in *** nor ****. I was expecting delivery to ******************************************************************* the following: new rich chick lashes, black liquid magnetic liner. What I want is for these items to be delivered to her!!! To have resolution they expected me to file a police report for maybe $85. I live in ** yet am supposed to file a report in **!!! My daughter who was supposed to receive this has no clue about the contents. This was a birthday present!Business response

I purchased the mystique liquid essentials kit (total $82.29 usd charged to my card)- order #***** on July 22, 2021. The business indicated that the order would be processed in approximately 6-7 business days, which has long since passed. I have emailed the company multiple times requesting a refund as the order has not yet shipped, with no response. I would like them to cancel my order and refund my money.Business response
