Very poor customer service and rude agents! My car loan was revoked and they stated that I had to wait 10 days for them to send my car back to Open Lot Cars. They stated that they called me 40 times and my references wouldn't answer. People have jobs! No one sits by their phone every minute! I turn my phone off at work due to policies! So between 8am-6pm, I'm unavailable! Since my contract has been revoked, I will be getting legal assistance and demanding my down payment back! The most respectful person I have came across at Nevada West Financial, is Ms. Barbara! This finance company should be ashamed of the rude, nasty individuals working there! Horrible!

Nevada West Financial does maintain extended phone hours of 8am-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 8am-12pm on Saturdays.Review from Ginger O

I have never dealt with such rude customer service in my entire life I've had a car loan for 5 years with them and the amount of interest I owe is basically another 5 years worth seriously it's a 2015 Ford Focus! They call you one day after the due date your supposed to have a 10 day grace period but no they start harassing sometimes on the actual due date they won't deal with customers online or over email they are as I previously stated rude and nasty to customers they have a supposed customer service manager named Fred g******* he is the most rude degrading nasty person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with what they are doing is harassment of a legally disabled cancer patient and what they are charging is highway robbery and certainly should be illegalNevada West Financial Response

All customers are welcome to request to be transferred to our Customer Service Manager or ask to speak with our Director of Servicing if they feel they need to escalate a phone call.
