I closed on a house in July 2021 and went to Pro Source for new cabinetry. There was a backlog and my cabinets too 6 weeks to arrive. Okay, it happens. Part of the cabinets were not included in the delivery and I informed Pro Source. They stated that the missing cabinet doors would arrive in 2 weeks. That would have been September 1, 2021. Two weeks came and went and I didn't hear from them. Three weeks, and in the fourth week, I emailed Kim Trent from Pro Source and asked where my cabinet doors were. She said they were likely tied up on a boat somewhere - she was speculating I believe because she then went on to say they would be at my home on Saturday. Saturday came and went and another one came and went (we are in the 2nd week of October at this point) and I hadn't heard from her. So I again had to reach out and ask where my cabinet doors were. Again "likely" on a boat. I asked her to please look into it and get back to me. We are nearly in November and she has not gotten back to me. The lack of follow through, the fact that I keep chasing my doors to get blown off and the fact I already paid for products I have yet to receive have me beyond frustrated with this company as a whole. How hard is it to set a reminder to follow up on something? Not hard. I'm not asking for much, just an honest answer which I have yet to receive. Two weeks has turned into 2 months and you can't tell me that my cabinets are so unique in all the world that there haven't been 4 cabinet doors made that could have been shipped to me. If there is no resolution before the end of the year, I will be escalating this complaint.
