I entrusted Bunkers to take care of my mom remains. Before my mompassed.I called Bunkers to inquire if I put them as beneficiary over mom policy what happens to any funds remaining. I was told they would write me a check. While sitting with ****** taking care of things for my mom I asked him the same question. I Received the same answer. Bunkers got paid for their services and they also received a 2nd check for $4800.00. I was callingGeorge every day to see have they received the funds. I Was told no each time. I gave it a couple more days and after speaking to the insurance company I decided to call Bunkers. I spoke to ***** who informed me that she sent the $4800.00 back to the insurance company. I spoke to the ins company. They did receive the check back. ***************** informed me they were going to send it back to the mortuary. The mortuary have been dangling me around for months now. I am in a very vulnerable place right now. I don't know what else to do. I asked for the Mgr and I'm still being fed fried ice cream. It is horrible to be taking advantage of during the darkest time in my life.Customer response
