I purchased a bunk bed and mattress full size along with delivery and set up. Within 3 months the board on top board cracked. The boards are thinner on the top bunk than bottom bunk. I knew they wouldn't last. It needs to be secured. Owner refuses to staple or even attemp to repair. I am still paying off the furniture.Business response

Hello! Thank you to bring this to our attention, I'm Sorry abot the late response but our email sent this message on the spam carpet and I just found it by accident.
Checking the customer's invoice #**** she bought this Twin/Full Bunkbed for $549 Final sale (Clearence) on July the 19th 2023 and signed that she received in good conditions after our experienced technitian assemble it.
When it comes to Furniture, warranties covers things like manufacturer defects but no performance
Issues for example in the pictures you can see that the slat was broken and unfortunately we are not responsable for this kind of damage plus after 3 month of used there is no warranty I attached the invoice with our exchange or damage policy signed by the compliant Customer at the moment of the delivery when she received all the items in good conditions.thanks once again best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This shows poor customer service and concern and is not a way to do business. I've been buying furniture all my life, all around the world and this is simply not true. Furniture companies carry warranty and will repair things no cost when something like this happens. This business is clearly a scam. They purchase cheap furniture and sell it at overpriced rates. Poor customer service and quality. Horrible business practices. I contacted the 3rd party financing company and they were not willing to bring price down or even come fix one slate which cost NOTHING to do. Now wonder they have people on offer up pushing people to purchase their furniture. I will keep my bad reviews up on both ****** and yelp. ***** already deducted money off the furniture and if they know what's good for them should stop doing business with them.

We are very sorry but in this case there is nothing we can do, the claim was made outside the period of our policies and you did'nt purchase an extended warranty from the financial company, furthermore the damage in the pics is not a manufacturing defect,someone broke the piece and There is no guarantee for that anywhere.
You can take the slat and go to any furniture store to buy a replacement that costs between $5-$10.
In our case we decided not to offer it since we reserve the right to refuse the service due to inappropriate treatment of our employees and giving false information about this purchase in online reviews.Customer response

I just seen the response from business and that is completely false and not true. I posted the reviews and filed this complaint AFTER contacting the business and they refused to provide a slat. I was NEVER offered any warranty at all let alone a extended warranty. I called the business first. They asked to send pictures which I did and they never replied. I called back and the owner refused to remedy the situation from the start. I then made a complaint with ***** which I told him I would.
