Beware, they have this business listed with multiple addresses! Currently is *******. They have their address listed in the ** but when you order they ship from *****. I thought I would pay extra and support a local US business but that was not the case. Save yourself some money and buy the same thing from Amazon for over $100 cheaper.They also removed my review from their website!!Initial Complaint

purchased their product online as a Christmas present, arrived on time. Went to set the unit up and use it and the files on the card corrupted when changing the screen resolution. Support department emailed instructions with a link to a ******* video to fix the issue. Couldn't fix the issue because the files the video stated to use to fix the issue weren't present on the card. Emailed support department back and delayed answer. Tried to call the store directly on multiple days, straight to voicemail, I left a message, no call back. Emailed stating my request for a refund and asking for the shipping address. Seller only wants to exchange the memory card out. Emailed back stating again I want a refund of my money and where to ship the product back, no answer. Tried calling directly again, straight to voicemail. I would go there in person, however, I live out of state so that is not practical.Initial Complaint

I was sold a faulty arcade console. I filed a chargeback. Support reached out and worked with me to troubleshoot the issue,e and nothing worked. We agreed to return for a full refund. Shipping label provided and returned. They said they could not refund because ******* was holding the money. ******* said the money was returned to the merchant. I emailed the merchant five times over three weeks with zero responses. If this does not get remedied, I will sue in Small Claims Court. Merchant is refusing to refund by ignoring meBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/12) */ Dear ****** ****** Our business is operating in the industry for the last 8 years. We provided a return label despite the fact that the consoles wasn't faulty. From our email communication when we asked you to provide a video you said that the controllers were configured and that's why they aren't working properly. You also mentioned that you bought the maching for your son and he is not to tech savvy therefore you have not time for troubleshooting. since the console you received was defective. Unfortunately, once you open a case on ****** you have to follow their procedure and we can't refund you as soon as possible. The funds have been returned just yesterday and we issued the refund back to your account. Please double check with your bank.
