    In February of 2023 BBB notice a pattern of complaints alleging the item received was not the item advertised and ordered. Other consumers stated their item was not received. Consumers further allege that the business refused to refund their money. BBB records indicate that the business has failed to reply to the complaints. 

    BBB communicated our concerns to the business in February and March of 2023. The business did not respond to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    Transaction date: 12/19/2023 I recently ordered a ******** 64 console from Retro Gaming Stores and the power cord supplied does not fit the N64. It seems the power cord port that connects to the N64 is upside down. I attached photos that reflect the issue.My second concern is the condition of the console itself. I understand the console would be in used condition and by no means would expect a new out the box console but this console received is in a very beaten condition with damage to one controller port, damage to the inside where the game cartridge is inserted, and is honestly just very dirty. It doesn't feel any attempt was made to clean up the console after the company had received it to make it appear in a sellable condition. I also attached photos that reflect the condition and damage I mentioned.I'm hoping there is something that can be done to remedy these issues. I had a positive experience with this company about a year ago with a purchase of a pokemon blue game. I was unfortunately disappointed when I opened this package. I have attempted to contact Retro Gaming Stores several times by phone and email.Each time I emailed I received an email back stating my email has been received and someone would contact me within 2 to 3 business days. No one contacted me and it's clear I am being ignored. Aside from the condition of the console, the console can not be used as the merchant did not provide me a power cord that is compatible to the console. I have no way of even knowing if the console works because of that alone. I stated in my email to the company I would just like a replacement and if that can't be provided I would take a refund. I also was sure to reach out within the merchants asked time listed in their policy. Please review my attachments for the condition of console received andmy attempts to reach the merchant.Please let me k ow if any additional information is needed and I would be happy to provide it.

    Bought a gameboy color, and the bundle came with 3 games. I got 3 pokemon games, 1 did not arrive and the other two are glitched out and do not work. Worst purchase of the century in my book so far. awful.
