This company lied to me and said my insurance would not cover the procedure. So I paid them $600 day of procedure. A week later my insurance company stated they paid them in FULL. Its been 4 months now and they still have not issued me a refund. This is fraud and a scam this business should be investigated for their shady practices. I should have received my refund that same day I called and they confirmed they received all the money from my insurance company. I will never return to this business again. Even after writing a complaint directly to the doctor he did not get back to me.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/11) */ The patient was seen for a procedure and was asked to pay $570.00 at the time of service. Her insurance did pay the full amount of her claim. However, on June 21, 2022 Ms ***** ******** did a reversal on the credit card that she used so in fact we did not get paid by her and she is not entitled to a refund. Ms ********'s request to get a refund in addition to the reversal done on her credit card is the fraudulent charge in this matter. Thank you.
