We had a large scale kitchen remodel done this year and interviewed five contractors. We provided each with a rough drawing of our vision as well as our goals for the remodel. Three of the contractors were removed from consideration at the early stage as they seemed to like THEIR vision better than ours.

Todd V***, the owner of New Freedom Properties (NFP) and Nicole, the Project Concierge, took our rough drawings and goals and put a design and plan together inserting our ideas and needs, as well as provided additional recommendations to enhance the overall look and functionality of the kitchen. Their design along with their personable approach made our decision.

The bid provided was reasonable and within our budget. They never asked what our budget was, which was refreshing.

With contract signed, we worked closely with Nicole. She made appointments with all of the vendors based on our schedule and attended each meeting to assist us in making our selections. Her "decorator's eye" and expertise were a tremendous asset. She was with us every step of the way from planning through final punch list items.

The entire team who worked on our project were personable, professional and extremely attentive to detail. They were very respectful of us and our home. Our Project Leader, Felipe was an absolute joy to work with. We truly felt he worked on our home as if it was his own.

The overall project finished two weeks ahead of schedule and every punch list item was completed to our satisfaction.

Kudos to Todd and Nicole for giving us the kitchen of our dreams. The compliments we receive are to New Freedom Properties' full credit.
