On September 23rd 2023 my wife and I were in ********* visiting my son. We came upon a gift store, Dynasty Arts and Gifts, within the ******* *************** located on ************************************************************************. We went in and saw that there was a tree (money tree) that we liked. The following terms were negotiated for the tree.1. The tree was paid for in full 2. The store would maintain the tree until December for pick up 3. A full refund would be given if tree was not in original condition On December 7th we sent someone to pick up the tree. Upon arrival, the store attempted to give our pickup service a different tree. The tree was obviously smaller and in worse condition than the tree that we originally agreed upon. The store owner insisted that it is the same tree. We then requested for a full refund but the owner refused. He has since ignore all of our calls and only pick up when we used a different number. ************ bought the tree at the end of Summer and come to pick it up at Winter. In between there's a few months time. The tree is an alive plant. They might change the shape or falling leaves base on the climate changes. The shop at night time is pretty cold. That is not what we can control. We have been taking care of the tree for almost 4 months by now.
In order to solve the conflicts. We would like to let ************ to come to the shop to choose from 2 trees. Just please give us a call and let us know when you will come so that we can order one more tree for you to choose from. This kind of tree the cost is very expensive. In fact, my worker has called ************ 2-3 days ago and leave him a message about picking up the tree at any time.
We have not intentionally don't pick up your calls. Actually we seldom picking up calls because now a days there's a lot of fraudulent calls.
We sincerely hope to solve this case and awaiting for your return call.
