      I placed an order 8/29 for a Full Package ($149.99) and received a confirmation email the same day telling me that "Your order is on-route". On 9/9/24 I sent an email asking for an update because the tracking link they sent only directed me to their website. I didn't hear back. I sent another email on 9/10/24 asking again for an update. They replied apologizing and informed me that my order was still unfulfilled and that I can expect an update with shipping status. I still have not received this information. Their promised email never came. I'm filing this complaint to ask for assistance from the Better Business Bureau in receiving my refund from Instatints. I can provide receipts and all email correspondences if necessary.Thank you in advance!

      Ordered window tint product on February 22nd 2024.Before ordering I was given an expectation of 2-3 weeks to my doorstep, and my satisfaction was guaranteed.Every few weeks, every month, up until now, I have been in contact with them trying to get an update for my order. On May 8th since they could not provide any reasonable explanation or timeframe of when I would receive my product, I asked for a refund.On July 26th, I was told the refund would be processed as soon as possible.I have to this day not received a refund nor the product. Nor have I received any reasonable explanation.

      I placed an order with instatint on May 25, 2024 totaling ****** for precut removable tints for my fathers 2016 ************** After reaching out to the company and patiently waiting, my order was delivered town months later on July 25, 2024. Not only were the tints sent not precut for my vehicle, they did not send the front or back windshield tints, the largest parts of the order. There was no communication, and when I reached out by email I was told they could not cut the tints for my car, but still decided to charge full price and not communicate any issues during the 2 month waiting period. I was offered a $20 refund and when I pushed on I was told I would receive a 50% return. Of course once I accepted this refund, there has been no further communication responded to and no refund.

      Guys you need to do something about this; this is the completely wrong company. We have nothing to do with the instatints that sells precut kits for the automotive market. Instatint  just happens to be the name of my LLC which was filed in November of 23. This company was filed in march. So whatever you have to do to separate us from them then please do it.

      I placed an order (#****) on 8/24 for a Full Package ($149.99) and received a confimation email. Later that same day I received an email informing me that "Your order is on-route". On 8/9/24 I sent an email asking for an update because the tracking link they sent only directed me to their website. I didn't hear back. I sent another email on 8/13/24 asking again for an update. On 8/15/24 I received an email informing me that my order was still unfulfilled and that I can expect an update with shipping status and expected arrival date by 8/1624 at 12pm EST. Their promised email never came. On 8/16/24, I sent an email requesting to cancel my order and have a full refund issued. On 8/17/24 I received an email saying my order would be "shipped in 1-3 days and...delivered in 1-2 weeks". They asked if I'd like to wait or cancel. I asked again that my order be cancelled and a full refund issued. Today I sent another email for an update on my refund and informed them that I was filing a complain with BBB and received an immediate reply saying that my request would be forwarded to the "relevant team to check if a refund can be processed". Again, I stated my preference to have my order cancelled and refunded. 3 hours later, I received the exact same email I received back on 8/17/24 (verbatim). Realizing I'm now stuck in an endless loop with no hope of resolution, I'm filing this complaint to ask for assistance from the Better Business Bureau in receiving my refund from InstaTints.I can provide receipts and all email correspondences if necessary, but given this is such a recent issue, the company will have all of these documents as well.

      On July 30th I ordered and paid $149.99 to InstaTints for tint package to be mailed to me. 2 weeks ago I emailed them for a status report on my order and they apologized and said due to overwhelming response there would be a delay but it was going to be shipped that week. The week came and went and i did not receive my order. The following week I emailed again and was told the same thing that it would be shipped that week. The week came and again nothing in the mail not even a notification. I am asking for assistance in getting a refund of my money back. Pics attached of my receipt and email conversation.

      Have emailed a ton of times asking about my order. Then I get how did our ********** experience go? It has been 2 months and no repo se or tracking information. They shouldnt be able to fraud people and shut down.

      I placed an order with InstaTint on March 17th and March 21st for tints + lifetime warranty for 3 vehicles. I was informed this process should take 2 weeks to complete. I corresponded via email April 11 regarding my order. I was told it will take an additional 3 weeks. The 3 weeks came and went, nothing. I then reached out again, May 9th; at the 8 week ***** I received a reply May 14th stating it will take an additional 3 weeks. I reached out May 17th for specifics on which order exactly is going to take 3 weeks. The orders were for 3 different vehicles, I was hopeful one could be completed and shipped. Only received generic replies.I emailed yet again May 21st & May 25th because I was being sent the same generic copy and paste email with non of my questions being answered. Received an email they've partnered with a company to complete pending orders faster. That it would take an additional 3 - 4 weeks.Finally on July 8th at the 16th week ***** out of frustration; I emailed the company requesting they cancel my orders and issue me a full refund. On July 17th I received a email stating they would "carry out the refund process" and I will be notified when the money is "returned". July 26th I emailed requesting an update on my refund and today Aug 4th, week 20; I received an email for me to keep products I never received that they can refund me only 50%. I paid a total of $450.00 for the tints and lifetime warranty. I want a full refund. I've never had such difficulty with a company ever in my life. I've been more than patient. Orders 5107 and 4685.

      I ordered tint for my sons car March ******* and kept emailing for the status of the order and each time they kept saying 2-3 more weeks or 3-4 more weeks. It has been 4 months and still nothing At this point I want a refund and now have a different debit card than I originally purchased with so I am not even sure how that works, since requesting a refund I have not heard back from them.

      Decided to purchase window tint thru a company on instagram called instatint. Every looked legit, payed for it and got sent two emails stating order was received, and a week later saying order is processed. I have waited 2 months now and still can not get a straight answer nor reply about my order.

      I ordered instant tint for my car March 18 2024. On March 26, I got an email saying that my order was being cut and processed, which was great. I was excited to receive it.. In JUNE, I was contacted by customer service rep ***** because I reached out via email trying to get an update on my order. All he said, was that orders take 2 to 3 weeks to process. Well, it had been way over three weeks already. He offered a refund since the orders were taking too long. That left me to assume that they havent even started my order yet. I opted for the refund and again he told me to wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the refund. Why 2 to 3 weeks for a refund is beyond me. It should be done immediately and take 3 to 5 days to process.I waited I received nothing.Ive been following up every couple weeks and they keep telling me to wait for the refund. I will be taking other legal action against this company because it appears they are robbing people via Instagram. They collect their money and never provide the orders. Theres no contact information at the end of the emails know how to get in touch with the business nothing like that. *** asked for managers information and they wont give it. Every response ends for me to wait 2 to 3 weeks and it buys them more time to do whatever fraudulent Things theyre doing. I ordered In March Its almost July now ,I have not received what I ordered and I have not received my refund. I have been more than patient with his whole process, Its been months. I Originally ordered the tint to shield , my baby from the sun in the backseat. Shame on you guys!People deserve to know who theyre doing business with.No shipping or taxes are charged on my order which is also odd!
