I went grocery shopping at Cardenas 4700 Meadows, Las Vegas, NV, today 4/20/22 around 6:51 pm. I decided to eat at their kitchen. I was first in line and the cashier told me I had to order so I went to order but the employee Named Ramon straight ignored me and went to the men who were behind me and took their order I explained I was before them but he did not even look at me while I kept talking to him. The men there kept telling him that I was first but the man did not take my order. At the register after I asked why was I being ignored the older lady named Maria was speaking to me aggressively asking what I wanted. I kept showing them my phone with the add saying I wanted that and they kept being very rude to me. I was afraid they were going to put something in my food after all that hassle. Then during all this time taking so long to take my order I had my sons seat at the booth because I was ordering so we could eat there, but during all this the security man told my kids they had to leave in 5 minutes. First of all they were there with no food on the table because they would not take my order and all that issue. After that I heard Maria speak with really heavy bad word. Did not say it to me because she had her back were I was but I think that gives a bad reflection towards Cardenas. Also when ordering they did not know the menu or the promotions they had Wednesday 4/20/22. I told them that they should have the ad with them so they can know. Well in conclusion the man Ramon and the older lady Mari were very rude. I think that the man ignored me because I am a woman and attended the men even after they kept telling him that I was first. The food that Mari made was really bad our stomach hurted. It was 2 quezabirrias. I also bought 1 cóctel de camarón which was really bad as well. The security man was kicking my two underage sons b/c they were seating in the booth. I had a bad experience as a customer at this store.

Several attempts have been made to contact customer via email regarding this issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been contacted by her. On the email sent 4/29/2022 we offered her a $25 gift card for the inconveniences and bad experience in our store. I have also reached out to the Store Director of our Las Vegas location both via phone and email. Over the phone I explained the situation to the store director, and he reassured me he would investigate it and make appropriate steps to ensure this won't occur again.
