    I don't want to leave a negative review of a small business - ever. I'd really like to see more local and small FFL's pop up, and not get overtaken by companies like PSA, **********, Optics Planet, etc. however, I've had an issue with Arms Unlimited for 3 weeks now. Long story short, *** lost my optic that I ordered from Arms Unlimited. Unfortunately, I haven't received a resolution for this. I am trying to be patient with Arms Unlimited on this issue, as it really isn't their fault that *** lost this package. I called *** to try and resolve it myself - unfortunately, they told me I cannot do anything about it, because I didn't create the shipping label. I guess I'm gonna have to keep waiting unfortunately, but being told to simply wait over the course of 3 weeks when my thousand dollar optic got lost/missing/damaged/stolen by *** is really unfortunate. I'd still like to shop with this business, as I said, I truly DO want to support the FFL's that aren't the massive ones. However, no solution has been provided to me yet.TL;DR - *** redirected my package to a state over 12 hours away from me, then said "disposed of it" for no apparent reason.My order number is ****** and the tracking number is 1ZW742X40198554569.

    Please be aware that this customer has also done the same thing with another business - in that case he ordered approximately $6,000 worth of night vision equipment and although the item was delivered and signed by him, he claimed that the package had been lost by **** In our current case, he has done the same, this time for $1092.06 for a rifle optic. *** tracking on our package also showed that the customer had signed for it, and he is once again claiming to have never received it. Per your request to not identify the customer by name, I have not done so. Please feel free to reach out to me via email so I can provide additional information. Per the other business, this customer has a record of doing similar actions in *******, ******** and in ********, ********.

    I ordered an expensive mp5 stock on their companys website. I didn't get any shipping or tracking info. I called the company back a couple days later to get the tracking info. The sales lady was very rude and short. When the stock arrived, it was scratched and looked used. I emailed customer service and they treated me like I had damaged the part. I explained that I had never installed it or had not done anything but open the package carefully. They finally agreed to exchange it but asked that I pay for shipping back and for the replacement to ship back to me. I asked why I had to pay to ship a product to them when they shipped me a damaged product. The company responded that "management had gotten involved and that they were no longer going to accept my return" how is that for customer service! I have worked with many firearms companies with my profession. This has to be the worst customer service to date!

    Our automated system emails tracking numbers to customers when the product is shipped. Products are shipped exactly as received in original sealed packaging from the manufacturer. The product ordered is a factory new item. It is clear to us from the photos that either the customer attempted to install this product and caused the *********** that are now visible OR is attempting to send ** a previously owned unit in place of the new unit, either way we will not accept the item from him as it is clearly used and not in the condition we shipped it. We have zero previous business history with this customer and do not appreciate the way he has behaved thus far.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated to their sales representative, I did not manipulate the part or install the part on my firearm at any time in any way. I am not a liar as they are insinuating. I simply opened the packaging containing the part and examined it. At that time I noticed the scratches. I do not appreciate the business attitude and response to my issue. This is further evidence of poor customer service warranting a poor ******************** rating.

    I purchased a product from arms unlimited on 8/26/22 order #****** and have yet to receive it. I have emailed and called and left a message on status of order and have not received any response. On there website it shows my order is in process and payed for three weeks ago. If it is in stock why then three weeks and counting. Did order before and was happy with order. Thinking twice about ordering again. If I don't get a response right away will be getting my money back on my credit card. Not happy about the service and experience.

    Customer ordered a firearm. Firearms must ship to a federally licensed firearms dealer. The customer has still not provided any information relating to who that dealer is or what legally licensed dealer he would like the firearm shipped to. We have not charged the customers credit card and we do not charge credit cards until items ship. We have canceled the order as it has exceeded 30 days and no money has been taken from this customer.
