Be advised that this "veteran owned" company has court judgements against them for various scams, libel, and civil rights violations.

They change/make up the rules on the fly so that you don't get your purchase or money back. Plus try to contract and libel you into paying more money for products and services after the initial payment.

On 11/9/21 I paid $25 for a background check and $25 for the transfer fee for the purchase of firearms that I had paid for as well as had sent to this business on November 16th I had called to ask them to add my second firearm to this one transaction and the owner refused and wanted to charge me extra as well as complete another background check. I advised the owner that I will no longer do any business with them ever again and I'll just come get my property from the store that I already paid for. I went to pick up my firearm and when I entered the store I advised the lady of who I was and that I was there to pick up the one firearm that the transaction has been done for. The owner the rolls close to me and says to the girl is that her! I asked him to not roll up on me the way he did and that I don't want to speak with him any longer I was there to collect my property. the owner refused to give me my items as well as refused to refund me for my transaction fee of $25 which is the fee you pay to transfer from FFL. Once my background came back clear and I paid the transfer fee the firearm belonged to me. The owner kept saying the n word and then said I called him the n word. I am a black women and me and my fiancé we're the only blacks in the store. He kept saying the N word so much I asked him is it that he wants to call me the N word and that he clearly had an identity complex. I became agitated as said what I should call you is white trash look how you treat your customers. I was told they was gonna call the police on me so I advised them to please do so. There employees followed me outside the store and followed me to my car and started calling me profound names in Spanish. Which she didn't know I spoke Spanish also and cursed her out as well and told her if she continues to follow me she gonna have another problem. This place of business has kept my firearms as well as refuse to refund me the whole $25. This company should not be able to do business with the community. There thieves. There liars and would try to paint a picture as if there not racist and don't judge our colored community. I filled a complaint and they come back with this story that I was being fraudulent because I asked to add a firearm to my back for the one transaction before I leave the store! Saying I was committing fraud and calling me fraudulent is defamation of my character and to say I was in your store then left and then came back with a black man with a gun lol is a typical white privileged line and your delusional as well because the cameras you claim to have to back up your story lol will do nothing but prover that your liars and scam artists. It will show us entering once that day and you rolling up on me to start a confrontation and me leaving with your employee following me taunting me lol but of course I'm the angry black person. And to say I'm unstable and mental is another form of defamation of my character. I have multiple firearms and went through plenty of background check along with the metro police department including the background check you ran came back clean lol god don't like ugly you would think a person in your condition would humble themselves and not treat people this way no matter of color or nationality. Karma will comeback and when she comes she gonna hit you harder than before

      Rule by the ATF

A licensee must initiate a new NICS background check for each completed firearms transaction. However, a person may purchase or acquire several firearms in one transaction.

A transferee completes ATF Form 4473 for a single firearm on February 15. The licensee receives a "proceed" from NICS that day. The transferee does not return to pick up the firearm until February 20. Before the licensee completes the transfer of the first firearm, the transferee decides to acquire an additional firearm. The second firearm may be recorded on the same Form 4473.

The acquisition of the two firearms is considered a single transaction. Therefore, the licensee is not required to conduct a new NICS check prior to transferring the second firearm.

I had 2 firearms sent to this dump!

Ma'am, We apologize for your confusion. As I nicely tried to explain to you prior over the phone before being cursed. Per ATF Law, A Licensed FFL Dealer cannot add additional firearms to an already processed background check.
To clarify further, Yes you can put multiple pistols, firearms on one single form 4473 at the same time. That being said, YOU CANNOT ADD any firearms after the fact of filling out form 4473, or after conducting NICS Background check with the State of Nevada.
