I purchased a holster from Standard *** on April 5th, 2024 (Order #*****). After receiving the holster it was clear the fit and finish were not what they were supposed to be and I had received a product that should not have made it past QC. I had used the contact us portal on their website, and waited two weeks with radio silence. Then tried the help text line on their website and chatted with a customer service representative about the holster (May 11, 2024), and he came to the conclusion it should have been caught by QC and went out the door as an accident. He sent me a return label and said they would send a replacement when I shipped it back to them. I shipped it back to them using said label and have been unable to get either a refund or a replacement since then. I have tried to get ahold of a person through the website portal, the text number I was previously helped through and only was able to get a response through emailing their ***************************** email. They just respond that theyre looking into it or are shipping a replacement, but nothing ever comes of it. I still have received neither a replacement or a refund. I just want a refund at this point, but would settle for the agreed upon replacement so this mess is just over. Thanks.Initial Complaint

Bought a trigger in early January, and did not receive it until the end of the month. It was defective and the flaw could have caused severe bodily harm or loss of a life. Let them know about it and they sent a label to return it to possibly be fixed, if not replaced. Tracking said it was received and they said it was not. They ignored me until I kept messaging every day They said the product was still not received, but they agreed to send out a replacement. All I asked was for tracking, and I was ignored. Reached out after two weeks of receiving no tracking or update, and no response. Tried following up and still no response, until I filed a PayPal claim and posted about the issue on Reddit. Hello,I purchased product from this company in August of 2022 with stated lead time of 6-8 weeks. After multiple email follow *** regarding my order, I have still not received my order or my money back a year later. Ive had one response from a ******************* at ***************************** that said he would check on the order and then never responded. Placed an order 14NOV2022 understanding their would be a lead time of a couple months. It's been almost a year and I have yet to receive the product I purchased. I've contacted them multiple times via phone and email with no response. They've responded twice via Instagram with empty promised of fulfilling my order. November 17, 2022 I purchased two holsters from standard co ***. 1 G series *** in coyote Brown and 1 G series X300 in multicam about a month later I tried to contact them with no luck Ive tried phone calls emails instant messaging on all social media platforms I have tried to contact for ********************************************************************************************************** any way A shipping label was created but thats all that has happened in ******************************************************************* the state of origin it has never left the facility. I will except any color G series holsters for the X300 and the *** I know I ordered different colors and if they only have one specific color that will be fine by me I just want my holsters that I ordered it 11 months agoInitial Complaint

I ordered 2 holsters that valued to be $166 on 11/26/22 it is now 10/24/23 and still have not received the product. I have repeatedly contacted this company in hopes for a resolution. I received a response back saying the product would be shipped and then crickets once again. I have contacted this company on email, phone and social media. This company has turned off comments on their social media. I just want a refund. I will fly to Vegas and spend the money on small claims court just out of principle. I purchased goods from this company that at the time was a 4 to 12 weeks lead time. This purchase was made on 1/10/23. After several months with no update on my order and send multiple emails regarding my order. With no response I then reached out via social media in which I got a response that they were working on my order. 3 months later I once again reached out in which I was told Ill let them guys know.Initial Complaint

I ordered a holster from Standard *** on 11/29/2022. There was a 16 week lead time, which i was ok with due to the sale price seeming too good to be true. Well, it was. After the 16 week lead time i reached out to Standard ** to check the order status. I received an email back saying it was being fulfilled. After another month of waiting i got no respose, so i emailed again.. Radio silence since then. It has now been almost a year since my card was charged and im still without my product. This **mpany are un Americans thieves, and a discrace to the **mmunity they claim to represent.
