A scheduled training was cancelled. I have reached out to the business for a refund and have received an email stating I will be given a refund of $99 on 5/2/22 from the business owner. I have not received a refund and after multiple attempts to reach out to the business, no one is responding back. I will provide copy of the email thread as evidence upon request.Business response

I had a class scheduled today, 4/21, 8AM to 5PM. Due to a car accident on 215 as well as no real instructions on how to find "room ***", I showed up at 8:10AM. I knocked on the door 2x with no response. I knocked a 3rd time, and someone said "were in class", to which I responded, "I know. I'm here for class". I had to knock again to get someone to open the door. The man who opened the door was rude and disrespectful right away. I explained why I was late, and he said he would be committing a felony if he let me in, which is untrue and unprofessional to lie in front of me and all the people in class. I asked for him to let me in class so I can learn, and he wouldn't. I won't be rescheduling with this company and I won't be taking their class. I would not want to get firearm knowledge from an organization so poorly ran, and I want my money back.
