I am new to the las vegas area and posted about any liscened hairstylist in vegas who can provide a "Sew in " install for me. I was recommended to Kelauni D***** . She had great costumer service at first and the work i saw i loved ! As we got done with my hairstyle and we went to the bathroom and saw it i was honestly horrified. I was waiting 40 mins outside for my appointment for her to show up at the house late . Which was no problem i understand life happens, but my hair was honestly HORRIBLE i spent $30 to get there and back . $60 Total for a uber to get my hair done and to SUPPORT A SMALL BUSINESS !! And then the install was $110 . $170 down the drain !! she told me it should "lay flat in 2 days" I tried contacting her after the 48 hour period saying my hair didn't lay flat and that it looks bad . She offered to fix it , but i personally don't want anyone to fix my hair if you had me leave out your seat with my hair lookin like that in the first place . Also she lived 40 minutes away from me , and i had a funeral to attend that sunday & told her it'll be very inconvenient for me to come and let you fix it because you fucked it up the first time & i have no transportation at the time who's willing to take me 40mins away from you and that i wanted a refund. She said she has a policy stating "no refunds" which is no where on her ******** page , and she claims shes a licensed hair dresser. This situation honestly was very stressful.
