I've been using 310 Nutrition since 2018 and it really helped my weight loss journey. My favorite flavor is the 310 Mocha shake. I really enjoy the accountability and the community that 310 Nutrition created. The Customer Service is really amazing too.Review from Courtney Y

I Love 310 Nutrition. I started using them in May of 2020. I first tried a sample kit with the shakes, but use many other products now! Hydrate is great after workouts or hot days. The greens and reds are great added in a shake or alone! Pink lemonade collagen is amazing! Golds are great for my knees after runs. Love that all the products are dairy free and sugar free! And the best part is... they are Clean, Nothing artificial! The products have improved my well being, attitude and life! Plus, The online group is encouraging and so helpful. ??Review from brenda t

3 years ago on June 11, 2021 was when my journey with 310 Nutrition started. 310 has really turned my life around and gave me my confidence back that I can accomplish anything that I set my mind to???? My start weight was 280.8 lbs. The biggest I have ever been in my entire life,I wore a size 22 wide in jeans and a 3X to a 4X in shirts. My current weight is 239. I’m in a size 15/16 in jeans and a size large in shirts, although I haven’t met my goal weight yet of 180 pounds, I am closer than I was. 310 nutrition has helped me learn how to eat the things that I did not like which was vegetables. I was not a vegetable eater and now that’s all I do is eat vegetables, my favorite vegetable is steamed broccoli ?? If you are thinking about trying 310 nutrition, don’t think just do it step out on that limb You will be glad you did I was ???? When I started out with 310, I wasn’t sure how my journey was going to go until a month after I started and then I decided I wanted to do the low carb low calorie diet and that is what I do. My calorie per day is set at 1200. I like to keep my carbs no more than 80 but less if possible, I’m not perfect, I do have my cheat days but that’s ok too?? I drink 120 ounces of water a day I replace two meals one with 310 protein shake I add vegetables and fruit to my shakes to make them meal and I have one healthy clean meal for dinner and one or two snacks per day, Along with walking, peddling my exercise bike and my favorite thing to do is rebound on my fitness trampoline... I am loving the new me. Along with using 310 products I worked the system as well with my exercise and healthy eating. I did not gain the weight overnight and I’m not gonna lose it overnight either. After my weight loss so far, I have gained so much energy I stay active all the time now?? so what are you waiting for 310 can help you just like they helped me and the 310 community is amazing that’s where 99.9% of my support comes from was “310 Community”Review from Crystal P

Choosing 310 Nutrition to be part of my health journey was the BEST thing I did for myself. With the support, guidance, and encouragement I was able to lose over 100 pounds. The Facebook 310 Nutrition Community is where I got support & tips from people like me, helpful health information from 310’s nutritionist and health coaches, and where I got to participate in the group challenges that kept me motivated. Products like the 310 Chocolate Bliss protien, 310 cucumber hydration, and all the 310 teas are just top-tier for me. SCAM- I never received my order, then I asked for MONTHS to cancel my subscription and they never cancelled it. They said it was my fault and they are unable to cancel subscriptions once they are started.310 Nutrition, LLC Response

Our system shows that you have chosen the Subscribe & Save price when you placed the order last December 29, 2023 which signed you up for a subscription.
January 16, 2024, you had skipped your shipment from your online account which pushed the next shipment date to March.
Although we are uncertain on what happened during our carrier's delivery, we have already submitted a report to our partner carrier about this delivered but not received package.
A full refund has been issued for this order.This is to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and rest assured that no further shipments will be processed unless you placed another order. You are welcome to comeback anytime.

DO NOT buy from this company. The product is mediocre, and their customer service is horrible. You start a subscription, never get any reminder when it comes time for renewal, then they charge your card before it's even shipped out- they refuse to cancel it even though it hasn't left their shop. You cannot cancel online, and have to call. They let you cancel the subscription online- but you can't get online without them sending you an email/phone message with a code- which never comes. In addition, their product is not that good. I'd leave a 0 star review but BBB won't let me.Review from Kellie H

310 Nutrition is a deceptive company with terrible customer service. I used to have two subscriptions with the company, both which I had cancelled a few months ago. They recently "updated" their platform, so while the web page I viewed showed "cancelled," there was a different page showing active. I did not know this until I was charged for both subscriptions. I have been in contact with the company via chat and email and NO attempt has been made to cancel my subscriptions. There is no option to cancel online, only pause for up to 4 months. Two orders were placed on my accounts for these "active subscriptions" without any notification from the company and customer service is refusing to give me any information. I've sent screenshots of my account, but the only response they have is their "updated platform" shows something different. I would have taken care of cancelling these subscriptions if I had known of this alternative website to view my account. I believe these actions to be are unfair, deceptive AND abusive and 310 Nutrition needs to be held accountable.Review from Becky M

I’ve been a customer for about 2 years. I wanted to use a BOGO deal in Nov and what should have been a simple online purchase turned into a complete and utter mess. I tried to add 2 bags of shakes to my cart and without me doing anything it doubled the quality. I tried to remove the extra bags, but instead the quantities tripled, quadrupled, and kept increasing exponentially until the order eventually got up to almost $20,000. It was the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. Each time I tapped the minus sign this happened. Instead of subtracting, it increased. I would close the browser and start over dozens of times only to keep experiencing the same issue. I eventually gave up. Then my husband used the shop app and was able to place the order. I called customer service to report the problem and they said they hadn’t heard of it happening. Then I tried to change a shake flavor for the next order of my monthly subscription and the website looked weird and said I had no active subscriptions. I was confused but was actually relieved because I no longer trust this company. My subscription was supposed to ship on Dec 29. I wasn’t expecting it. So then, because the card I have on file expired in Dec, I get an email saying they can’t ship my order because I need to update my card. Seriously? So I apparently still have an active subscription, but can’t see it when I log in. I was so thankful my card was expired so they can’t charge me anymore and I can just be done with them. I can’t even use their mobile website. I tried to log in and there isn’t any way to do it. I can log in via laptop but still, it says I have no active subscriptions so even if I wanted to continue receiving products, I can’t change the flavors or change ship date. I tried to call and was on hold for 20 min then needed to leave a vm. Told them to delete my account and vented my frustration. What a waste of time. This company sucks. Don’t waste your time and money. They make it impossible to be a customer.Review from caroline c

the product is delicious. the customer service is the worst ive ever seen! I have been emailing back and forth for over a month now. ( could they be waiting for the 30days to expire?) they asked me to jump through hoops to get anything done. 10+ emails later, I have to return the product that their carrier damaged the product I paid for. they required picture after picture of the product and the damage, (again trying to prolong the process?) I have to print a label, take it to the post office, the label they sent did not work off of the email, so i got it printed out. It was mailed out today, Dec. 12, 2023. I had three people that wanted to try the product, Im telling them now to steer clear of 310 nutrition! they just lost 4 customers!Review from Mary R

This company has horrible customer service. I had one return which they made a problem for me so I don't need to do anymore business with them. They actually insult you by offering you a discount to keep a product that you don't want because they figure it's cheaper to keep it. Their products do not seem that healthy for you anyway, and so many complain they don't work. meh..not worth the time or money. Very disappointed. They don't deserve any stars. PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY!
