I was a longtime customer. Unfortunately you dont really know a company's reputation until there's a problem. They were out of a cbd product I normally use so they suggested a cbd-a product. 60 money back guarantee. Wasn't satisfied so I obtained an authorization from them by phone. I paid to return the product 2 months ago. Reached out to "support" no response. Phone is always busy. Going to try and resolve this with the credit card company. Will be looking elsewhere for products As far as I'm concerned this company is not reputable.Review from Cathy N

I DO NOT recommend this company. This has been a nightmare. I joined Savvi and they immediately became an affiliate of MDC. The terms all changed. I placed an order that was supposed to use my credit. Instead, they charged my credit card and I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks to get this resolved. The phone number doesn't work. They've only emailed me 1 time about this, and it didn't resolve anything. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card.Review from Victor S

I joined MDC and purchased their High Life Travel program which markets and promises to provide cheaper than competition accommodation savings. It is a Multi Level Marketing scheme and it does not live up to its promises. I have requested a refund but they simply ignore my emails. Others have provided the EXACT same request as mine and have gained a full refund. It seems that MDC just indiscriminately does what it pleases. They have put a lot of effort into making their site look absolutely wonderful, and all the products appear top quality. From experience this is as far as it goes. Please check out other people reviews on how they have fared with MDC and how MDC has caused nothing but grief for them. The HLT product which I signed up for cost a lot of money, but it simply does not deliver on its marketed promises. The limited amount of service desk help was deplorable. I feel they are unethical and unprofessional in their dealings with my communications. I urge everyone to avoid this company as I am sure you will have problems and lose your money. I am still sending them emails as a paid and active member of MDC, but I get no response. It is as if they simply put my emails into their trash can. This Better Business Bureau has given them and "F" and noted they are "Not BBB Accredited". This is for good reason - MDC appears to many people to be a SCAM. The owner should be ashamed of himself for running such a horrible enterprise which causes people so much grief. All I want is for my money to be returned - they have taken my money and are NOT providing the promised results. Where I come from if you take money from someone and make a promise to provide a service it needs to be done. If the service is not delivered as promised the money is usually returned. In my books if a promise is not kept it is the same as lying.Review from Tiffani M

I order regularly from them and like their products. The only down fall is the shipping time. Takes about 2 to 3 weeks to get the order after its placed. Now I order from different company who ships the item with in 2 days of order and get it within a week.Review from Breonna B

Well, I never ordered, there is something to these bad reviews. My dad use to always say, EVERYBODY is not lying. Why I never ordered? I was interested in the skincare line, I noticed right away that some of the reviews are either hidden or takin down. Example: the eye cream, someone gave it a 1 star rating. You don't see that, or what they said, but you see 5 star rating of someone praising the product. Must be a relative. All companies, including Amazon show all reviews, negative and positive ones. I have been ordering Hempworx Cinnamon flavored CBD oil for about 3 years now. I ordered 4 bottles($223.88) and the first bottle I opened had no cinnamon flavor. So I opened the other 3 bottles and they had no cinnamon flavor. Just a bitter taste. I called Hempworx and they want me to pay shipping to send back the 4 bottles and shipping to receive the 4 new bottles. I will not be purchasing any products from My Daily Choice ever again. Regardless of their ‘policy’, this was not my mistake and to lose a good customer for a few bucks is poor business management.
