      On Thursday, I was tricked into paying on t y m e health by offering a **** IPad Pro laptop for a shipping cost of only $9.95 the minute the credit card information was entered and it was deducted from my account it showed that I had enlisted or enrolled with this company that is not what I paid for and this is nothing more than a fraudulent Act and I will require a reimbursement a refund/plan. This is very misleading content on ******** saying you won something free and youll only need to pay **** for shipping.

      FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD.

      We sincerely apologize for any confusion that *** have arisen from the online offer. We understand that you joined the sweepstakes by making a payment of $9.95 on 12/17/2023, and we want to clarify the nature of the offer you participated in.

      Your payment of $9.95 granted you entry into the sweepstakes, but it does not guarantee the immediate receipt of the item. Winners of the monthly draw will be selected randomly, and if you are one of the fortunate recipients, you will be notified via email. 

      As always, we want to work with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint positively, so we issued a full refund of $9.95 today.  You should expect to see the credited amount in your account within the next **** business days.

      The transaction took place on today (12 -03-23) in the amount of $98.88 at 9:36am. I am extreamly devastated due to the fact that that was the remaining money I DID HAVE to last through the work week coming up and now i dont know what ill do to get back and forth to work. I have never heard of this company nor did i make a purchase online for anything for that matter 98% of the time i go to the store and pay in cash. I would really like to see about getting my hard earned money back from these people and also would like to not be contacted by them further. in addition (personal opinion) they should be shut down. I think this is nothing more than hacking/scammimg whatever it may be called. People like this should be made to get a job and pay back everything they have taken from people. I do apologize forfor coming off as rude but when someone takes your hard earned money without a blink of an eye and suffer no reprocutions it is devastating expescially when you live paycheck to paycheck and have no other funds in the meantime to settle something like this. i just would like my money back and as i know it probably wont be in time for this coming work week or even if at all i hope whoever these people are that they are satisfied that ill probably end up loosing my job with no gas to get there! i am going to choose not to upload my bank statement as i feel violated already and was scared to even give my personal info but i would like something done about this. it just is not right!! Thank You....

      original transaction occurred 04/11/23 for ****** to my bank account. I contacted my bank (woodforest national) and reported it as fraud and that i did not authorize this charge. the bank credited me back and then on 05/16/23 they charged it back to my bank and said that this place had all my information. I have told my bank that I don't know who or what this place is. I even tried to call this place and talk to customer service and no one answers the phone it just says please leave a voicemail with your order number and someone will call you back. I have no order number because i didn't order anything and i have never ordered supplements. i went to their website to look at it to figure out what they even were but it only has one page and that is it. i have no documents to upload other than my bank statement and they are definitely not getting their hands on that

We cannot process a refund because you have already requested one with them, which means that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed.
