Awful place. I wasn't aware at the time of booking that these are all privately owned suites 'somewhat' managed by the staff at MGM. It's a perfect way for MGM to not be held responsible for anything - and why they clearly don't give a damn when they over book valet and you have to park over a mile away and walk to your hotel. That is exactly what happened to us. Once we became upset over this issue, the staff started treating us like shit --- as if this was our fault? Wait, who is paying for this accommodation with no accommodations ??? But, hey I can call "Residential Services" to voice my complaint if I would like..... Suite 721 on the 20th floor was awful. Dirty doors, stained furniture, TV's with zero sound, and mold in the shower. I have video if anyone needs to see firsthand - I will be posting on social media next. I would give negative star ratings if I could - don't waste your time or money.Review from Lauryn T

Do not stay with this hotel. They have many unlawful business practices in place (like advertising a false room price and only showing the true price until AFTER you have paid) and charge exorbitant fees for things you do not need or request. They also don't disclose the cost they charge for things like early check in ($125) and extra towels/linens ($30) until 2 days before your stay, at which time your room is unable to be refunded. Their customer service is generally unresponsive and unhelpful with clearly answering questions. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
