Just had the most horrible experience with Annie the Maid in Las Vegas, NV. l had them come out to the house for a cleaning before my company came for Christmas (Monday December 4th). They broke things in the house (shower door and something in the kitchen) and never told me. Only cleaned very surface of stove. They were leaving and I had to ask them to specifically vacuum and dust (guess they do not consider that "cleaning"). They vacuumed the room I had asked for but never did the 2nd bedroom. The Supervisor said, "it is not finished" - but they never vacuumed it. They never dusted. They left. When I called and spoke with "Marianna" she said she would speak to the girls and get back to me. After a week of not hearing from her - I called and left a voice mail. No response. Another week -- called again -- again she is not available - left a voice mail. Another week goes by -- no call no response at all from Marianna. Finally, today (December 21st) after I called AGAIN - I finally got a call back and she said she left me a message (which is a total lie - she never did as I had particularly been watching for messages from them. She also said that the crew was coming back out to do again -- no one ever did. Then she said it was my fault because they had not heard from me -- even though I had been calling every week since. Bottom line - I had to pay full price for services I definitely did not get -- broken items in the house and being called a liar! They were not willing to make it right. Very sloppy and dishonest !!!!!
