12/05/2021, I paid 1. $69.95 2. $59.95 3. $49.95, I emailed glowupstore.com that I wasn't 100% satisfied due to the item looks like a choker with the end having an extension not the same look of the necklace and the tip with a heart , not suitable for a mans look! I purchased an item that has a 30 day money back guarantee. The item was described as 14 karat gold finish but is a cheap chain. The item also is marketed as 30 day money back guarantee and the company is refusing my request for refund and return.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/01/11) */ The customer states the item is cheap, as part of our policy we asked for a picture of the item. The customer refused to provide the picture. We provide a 30 day warranty on certain issues as when the item is damage or broken, here we provide a replacement. We provide the Length, Width and Weight on the site so the customers can see the item they would get. We can gladdly provide a remake on this order, but the customer would need to provide a picture of the item he received. The 30 day money back guarantee does not specify any certain circumstances such as damage it just says 30 day money back guarantee and their return page says contact us for returns which is what I have been trying to do. I do not want this item and have been trying to return since it arrived. I am happy to provide a picture but I still was a return and 100% refund.
