      I took my watch into gold and beyond in Las Vegas Nevada because they were interested in buying it the owner attempted to open the back and he applied too much pressure and broke my watch then he was denying any and all liability refused to let me see the security cameras and try to tell me my watch was a fake he then told me on the telephone he would buy my watch causing me to drive 6 miles back to the shop and he still did not buy my watch or offer to fix the damages are still claimed it was a fake I had three other jewelry repair man tell me my watch was a real ***** ********* professional series watch my watch is not a fake and now he's costing me more money to repair the watch because of the damages he caused

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/01/21) */ When the customer came into our store, his watch was already broken. The crystal was cracked, it was missing the hands on the watch, the bracelet was broken, and a button on the side was broken. We took a look at the watch, but due to the damages, we apologized and let him know we would not be able to purchase his watch. We do not promise to purchase any item with out seeing it first. We always let the customer know, they have to bring their item to the store. We also never make an offer over the phone. Offers are always done in person after seeing the item so we know we are able to honor that price.He was upset that he came what he claims is a long way and we would not buy his watch. This is inaccurate the crystal isn't cracked and no hands are missing I have a picture of the watch before and after they had it and yes the owner told me to come back that he would buy the watch and waisted my time so his response is inaccurate and isn't telling the truth Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2022/02/16) */ Unfortunately we are unable to help. We did not promise to purchase his item over the phone. We NEVER promise an amount without seeing the item. We have to check the condition and authenticate items before an offer can be made. We apologize, but we do not purchase replica items or damaged items.
