Kyle VanDorne stole $17,000.00 from me! HE IS A CON ARTIST! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! On March 15, 2023, I signed a $30,000.00 contract for a redo of my backyard. I paid the owner, Kyle VanDorne $7500.00 on March 15, 2023, as requested by the owner. On day one of the start of the project, April 3, 2023, I paid $9500.00 to the owner. On day two, Kyle VanDorne pulled the crew off of the project. They have not returned, and the owner refuses to refund my $17,000.00. My backyard is a DISASTER! I HAVE NO IRRIGATION TO MY BEAUTIFUL TREES, PLANTS, AND SHRUBS OF 25 YEARS. MY CATTERY AND DOG RUN ARE DESTROYED, AND THERE ARE TRENCHES ALL AROUND THE YARD! I'M A SENIOR LADY HEADING TOWARDS 80 YEARS OF AGE, IN HEART FAILURE, AND ON A FIXED INCOME! I DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Gloria, after our numerous attempts to complete the work, you cancelled your contract and requested your deposit back. As a licensed contractor we have to abide by certain rules with the contractor’s board, and that means you must go through Kyle or myself for your work, not our employees, which you refused to do. Prior to the reviews you had a complete return of your deposit, we have the bank statement of you cashing your check we gave you. We have valid proof and copy of the check that was given back to you, immediately after you canceled the contract. We are unsure what else we can do for you, we only wish you the best.
