Hello and thank you for your time. I was involved in a personal injury lawsuit back in 2017 when a vape exploded in my mouth blowing half of my teeth, leaving me with second degree burns and both top and bottom lips falling off. I hired Craig Drummond as my personal injury lawyer. In short, I was granted a settlement in the amount of $869,369.77 dollars in 2021 which was signed by Kathleen ******* regarding case *************. In total I've seen $2,300. I have asked Craig numerous times about this judgment as well as what other assets were recovered in the 5 separate Ex-Parte debtor exams conducted without my notice or knowledge. Craig claims no money was ever recovered and any debtor exams were vacated. I have been very patient since the vape exploded in my face, spending my entire savings of $15,000 to fix my teeth to the best of my ability; so I wasn’t left walking around without teeth. I had no outstanding medical bills, no liens or large debts. However Craig’s only advice was to hire a debt collection lawyer in February of 2022. “I’m sorry Lauren but there was no money recovered” –Craig ********. Now he refuses to speak with me and told me I am no longer allowed to come to his office. I filed a complaint with Nevada State Bar which I’ve received no response to. I've tried to contact other lawyers to sue Craig because I know he received the money, also to no avail. Now the lawyer listed is Bill Mcgaha and I have no idea who that even is or how Craig Drummond is no longer listed as my lawyer. I was never invited to the Odyssey E-File yet when I included myself back in February of this year I found 25 other names included however I was not among the recipients.Review from Amy T

I had the worst lifetime experience with mr Drummond who was appointed by the State as my defense lawyer. He didn't do anything to prove my innocence but to asked to plead guilty of all the charges against me. It was very simple to show the Court papers and forms signed by administrators that prove the legal possession of electronic equipment under my care for more than ten years. Instead he worked with prosecutors to take the alford plea and got the maximum sentence of 5 years probation and to pay restitution. We were very sad to see this review that misrepresents your case and our representation of you. As public court records reflect, you confessed to criminal activity to the Grand Jury BEFORE we were appointed to your case. It is very difficult to defend someone of multiple felony crimes after they have confessed in sworn testimony. We fought extremely hard on your behalf and got you a great outcome and even got your conviction further lowered in 2019. We are not sure why you are posting inaccurate information at this point as you told our office in 2019 that you were very appreciative of what we were able to accomplish on your behalf. While we respect a person’s ability to write a review, we would request that any review criticizing our representation be factually accurate.
