Attempted to sign up for coaching services, I told them I didnt have the money that day. When I did get the money the next day, I scheduled a call, and replied yes to the email prompt to confirm scheduling for the Zoom coaching intake. However, they repeatedly kept canceling my call before it was even supposed to be scheduled, and they dont do reschedules under any circumstance with no exceptions. They are also notoriously difficult to get ahold of. If this is NOT just a scam or fraud, which I hope that it isn't, I am still interested in services, and would like a follow up from the business who has done an inadequate job of corresponding with me regarding scheduling complications with coaching calls.

We get thousands of leads but have a limited sales team. We have an application grading process to decide which leads are bad, low and good quality.

The good quality leads can schedule with a closer, low quality leads can schedule with a setter and bad qualities can't schedule a call.

He was tagged as a "Bad app" in the application grading based on his responses,
      - No occupation mentioned (our program costs a minimum of $5k so someone with no occupation and no income is a bad fit
      - wants to make millions (we help people with their social life and network - business people are a bad fit
      - family is in a dire situation (had no money to invest)

We have over 400 members in our community so we're obviously not a scam. **** was just a bad application and bad fit for the program.

I am rejecting this response because:

Although I understand why the application was not accepted, I was never notified as to why the call was initially canceled originally. It was only after I made this complaint that I knew why my call was canceled. I acknowledge that the program is not a scam, but I was never told that it would cost up to $5K ($5,000.00). The website doesnt mention anything regarding what the mentorship is going to cost. My goal is also to build a high-status social circle, not just make millions like what was clearly misconstrued on my application. Also, reschedules for intake calls are not offered under any circumstance for the purpose of weeding out those who dont take the program seriously. However, this also works against responsible people like myself who actually are willing to put the effort in, but just arent in a financially stable enough place yet to do so.

      Sincerely,

We emailed **** 10 days ago and he has not responded to our email.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments with anyone we deem are not a good fit for the program.

If he's still interested in scheduling a call, I gave him a way to do so.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I would like to thank *********************** for reaching out to me

I was unaware that you needed minimum $5k investment to start. This is not realistic for me at this time, I would not have wasted your time had I known this was the case, that is what led me to believe it was a scam.

My apologies, and I hope to revisit MOA Mentoring in the future.

      Sincerely,

      **********************************

I signed up for an online mentoring course called Men of Action (*****************************). I was led to believe by 2 one-on-one calls that it was geared toward my particular goals and was more credible than it turned out to be. They manipulated me into believing that it was the perfect course for me that was fit for my goal, which is to establish a high-level network of like-minded entrepreneurs. It turned out to be a complete vanity scheme. Within minutes of making my first deposit, I quickly notified them that it wasn't for me. Under their terms of service (*****************************terms), it clearly states that there is a 7-day trial period. They are ignoring me and the terms of the agreement. At the time of my first deposit, I felt pressured and manipulated by the salesperson I was on the phone with. I soon realized I had been exploited, hence my quick decision to be refunded. The fact that they are completely ignoring my right to the 7-day trial guarantee is proof to me that they are not operating a credible operation.
