We booked a limo for September 23rd for our kids homecoming dance and on October 5th we noticed that we were charged twice. So instead of being charged for the original $960 we were charged for $1, 920. We have called and texted the company and they keep telling us that they sent the refund but it is still on our account. Now our credit card is incurring interest for the last 5 months because they wont take care of this. The confirmation number for the reservation was *****.Business response

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This particular business was sold last year to Mundi Transportation. I reached out to the new owners and they told me that someone named ***** had already reached out to you to explain the details of the double charge and that the funds had already been returned to you. If this is not the case, please let me know and I will further investigate. Unfortunately, I was told the matter was resolved and that this complaint was agreed to be removed, but if this is incorrect, let me know the details of that resolution.
