      I ordered a product from this company and was charged for that particular product. I received a product that was incorrect and of lesser value. I have waited for three business days for a response after following their process of dealing with delivery and product issues. I have emailed them with details on what has transpired with my order, including the documentation and how it differs from my received product vs. my order. They have no phone contact number. They list a Las Vegas NV origin, but my product came from Phoenix AZ. I have receive absolutely no response of any kind from them. I am in the process of writing a letter to sender (an Apt. in Phoenix AZ) will all pertinent documentation in order to resolve this issue, but following their own procedure should have resulted in a response by this time.

      Purchased 4 gun magazines from Gunshowmags.com in Las Vegas, NV for $108.95. Was sent a confirmation number along with e ***** tracking number. The number ended up being fake. At the the tracking number keeps changing show my purchase being signed for in different states. I've messaged this company several times with no response.

      December 19, 2021 Date of transaction Paid $136.94 which was taken out of my bank on the 21st. My husband had picked out ******************* drum magazine for Christmas After he had me to order the magazine I started researching the company about 10 days after the fact. The website said the did not do refunds if the package was opened. I felt uneasy about spending that much and something being wrong with it. They had not shipped it yet so I sent an email and asked them to stop the Order we did not want the product. They in turn sent out the package and said our website says we have delayed shipments. They sent the package out anyway. They sent a tracking # with it. It never showed up and they sent the Magazine to somewhere in Indiana. I started sending emails asking for a a refund as asked before they sent out the package we never received. They said we gave them the wrong address. I went and looked to make sure everything was correct on our end and it was. I have since sent several email on asking for a refund. They sent an email on January 22nd saying they were giving us a refund. I sent another email on January 25th asking, "Can you advise where you sent the refund? It is not in my account? The refund should be for $136.94." Again another long email on February 23rd. On February 27th 2022 they sent a screenshot saying the refund was refunded. I sent another email March 4th asking for my refund and showed a partial of my bank statements just the credits from December until March with no credit from them. They still have not responded. I even told them I would reaching out to BBB and social media platforms with negative feedback and did not want to resort to this type of behavior we just wanted our money back.

The customer never requested a return authorization label. By the time the customer reached out to us to cancel the order the product was delivered. To put an end to this issue we refunded the customer and allowed them to keep the merchandise. The customer also file for a chargeback with their credit card which has been disputed because a refund was already issued. As seen in the attachment.

      I placed an order with Gun Show Mags 8-27-** for 3 ******** 30 rifle magazines, order #****. On 9-8-** I received and email the magazines had shipped. I was provided with USPS tracking number **********************. I checked the tracking and the status was mailing label created. I have checked the shipping status daily status has not changed. Have sent 4 emails requesting info with no response. There is no phone number for company. I want the same merchandise I originally ordered, not substandard replacement or full refund of $88.16 which is $75.99 for product, $7.99 shipping and $4.18 sales tax. I have since had to replace my credit card due to fraud so the one they have will no longer work. They will have to reimburse me by check. I have NO way to contact this company except by email and they will not respond. Other orders from companies in Las Vegas normally take 3-4 days to receive once shipped. I feel they have defrauded me.

We have seen a tremendous increase in order volumes, email inquiries are experiencing delays in response time Current ship times vary between 1-6 weeks, we are doing everything possible to shorten this time". In this case the customer's order was misplaced by the shipping carrier and never sccanned. We place a complaint with the shipping carrier to resolve this issue.We understand how the customer feels upset. As a result the customer received a full refund on order #****. Lastly, we are not affiliated with the website the customer mentioned in the description. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/10/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have yet to be contacted by my credit card company letting me know I was credited. This company has 2 IP addresses, one is in China (surprise) the other is a server in ******* KS. There is nothing in Las Vegas, NV. As I said I researched the address in Vegas and it is a residence in a gated community not a commercial building. Read their reply. It is broken English. They are connected to these other companies and even show connections on their website. This is an illegally operating website. There are many reviews with the same complaint I lodged. USPS never misplaced the package, it was never turned over to them by the "company" as has happened to other customers, according to their complaints. I was a law enforcement officer for 37 years and retired in 2 different states. During that time I served as a Detective and Detective supervisor for about 15 years. This is an illegally operating company out of China. This MUST be reported to the appropriate authorities. They must be criminally charged and their web sites shut down. After they sent me a notification of the refund I tried to reply to the "company" that they would need to refund me by check because I had to obtain a new card. Not long after I placed this order my credit card was hacked. This was the last order I had used my credit card on when this happened (that's what we call a clue). I found they had blocked me from replying to them (clue).
