Company came to fix dishwasher. The repairman came out twice and said he just had to keep guessing. That was unsatisfactory to me, so I requested the manager come to fix the problem. The manager came out and stole all the parts off, when I was expecting him to fix it and told me he would refund my money. Which he did. I had another company come out to repair the issue, but before they came out I noticed that Mr. ********************** broke a piece of my wood off below my dishwasher and attempted to nail it back on, but this did not hold. When the new company came to fix this, they replaced the board and the zeolite container numerous times and still could not fix the dishwasher. It is only 4 years old and we can no longer fix the dishwasher since he came out. I will need to get a new and have someone replace the wood he broke at the bottom.

On 9/11/2023 a technician never came to my residence to diagnose my appliance. He called me and I let him know another company had diagnosed my washer and it needed to have its drain pump replaced but the other technician could not complete the job due to being out of town. The technician then asked me to text him a picture of the serial number and info on my washer so he could get me a quote on the price it would cost for the job. He never came to my residence and checked on the appliance however I received an invoice for $125 for appliance diagnosing. Which they never did I gave him the diagnose. Then I called the company to dispute it and they said he came to my home he even had a picture of the info on the washer I then told them that I sent it to him via text message after he called me. I even sent them an email with screen shots of the text message and phone call time frame. I want them to remove that bill as he did not come to my home or diagnose my appliance. I ended up just buying another washer instead.
