      I paid a $200 deposit for a Boxabl Casita home. At the time of payment, the Casita was advertised at $50,000, which was within my budget. I even visited their factory in ***** and I was told by the employee that I would receive Casita sooner because I would get it delivered within ****** which was not true. On July 19th, I emailed Boxabl at ****************************** and ****************************** to request a refund due to significant delays in the project and a substantial increase in the advertised price. I explained that these changes made it impossible for me to proceed with the purchase. I received a generic response from Boxabl ***************** stating that the deposit was non-refundable as per their Reservation Program Agreement and the link they stated was broken. I was directed to email ******************************* for further assistance. I emailed ******************************* this time, yet they also sent a generic respond telling me to reach out to *******************************. I don't understand why ******************************* would ask me to e-mail ******************************* again. I followed up twice on July 21st and July 24th 2024, and haven't received any replies since then. The price of the Casita was significantly increased after I made the deposit, which was not communicated initially. The timeline for the project has been extended far beyond what was initially communicated (by their management and employee touring the factory), making it impossible for me to proceed with my plans. The responses from Boxabl have been generic and have not addressed the specific concerns I raised. Additionally, the Reservation Program Agreement link provided by Boxabl is broken, making it difficult to review the terms.I would like to request a refund for my deposit please. I appreciate your attention on this matter.

      On September 3, 2022, I gave Boxabl.com's website a $5000 deposit for three to four casitas. On August 1, 2023, I contacted Boxabl about how to request for a refund since I haven't received a casita. Someone named *************************** sent me an email on August 11, 2023, with directions to fill out a form for the refund. I didn't fill out the form, I decided to wait a little longer to see if I would receive the casitas. At the end of last month, May 2024, I decided I couldn't wait any longer, so I emailed *************************** that I need to request the refund and that the link he gave me last year was no longer working. I didn't hear a response so I called Boxabl about the refund and I was told my deposit might not be refundable and that I should send an email to ******************************** I sent an email to ******************************* on May 30, 2024, and included the receipt of my deposit. I received an email from ******************************* saying they consider a refund on an individual basis and that I should send an email to ******************************** On May 31, 2024, I replied to the email telling them the email they responded to was sent to ******************************** I didn't hear any response, therefore, I called on June 10, 2024 and spoke with someone named ****. **** said she was going to speak with the office manager and get back to me. Then I received a call from someone named ********************* who sent me a link to fill out a form to receive the refund. I completed and submitted the form. Around 3:17pm today, June 10, 2024, I received an email from ****************************** telling me that per their Reservation Program Agreement, the deposit is non-refundable. The link to the agreement was a blank 404 page. The email also said if I wish to request a refund I should email ********************************When I was making the deposit on September 3, 2022, it wasn't stated anywhere that the deposit was non-refundable. Please help me get my deposit back.Thank you very much.

      I paid a $1200 deposit on a Casita in 2021. Two years later, having heard absolutely nothing from Boxabl. I asked for a refund. They have been telling me now for a month that I should be receiving the bank deposit within **** business days. The refund has not arrived.

      The refund for this deposit was issued via ACH to ******************** on 4/17 using the information he provided. I did not include the completed ACH confirmation in this response because of the sensitive banking information that was included on the sheet. I will reach out to ******************** to verify why the payment appears to not have gone through. Please let me know if there are any other steps needed to clear this complaint.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The money had been put into a different account than I remember, so It's my fault.

      I originally thought I was making an investment to be apart of Boxabl in 2021 so I paid 100 dollars. Once two years passed I called Boxabl and spoke with ****** over in investments. ****** told me my 100 dollars went towards reserving a Casita home which I let her know at the time I was not interested and would like a refund! ****** emailed me the steps to take and I did that. However now she has stopped responding and when I call boxabl I am getting hung up on! I would like a refund.
