Century Integrated Partners XXX-XXX-XXXX Attn: Billing Department Ref# Account Number XXXXXXX To whom it may concern, I'm writing to notify the billing department of Century Integrated Partners that I am disputing a charge made to me dated 06/02/21. The cost of this bill is for $1,525.00 After talking to your representative, it was informed that this procedure was done in ***** ******** ** and the address of the patient that received this procedure is **** ** ******* **** ***** ****** ***** ******** ** XXXXX. When speaking to the representative, she stated that this was done on June 2nd, 2021, and I have not received any medical service from anybody at any location. Furthermore, I have never been to ***** ******** *** Therefore, I'm not the person that received the service mentioned in the claim. I would like for this to be removed and unliked from my name and my account since it is clear, you are billing the wrong person, and again, I did not receive any medical service. The claim and the information received is the following: Account Number: XXXXXXX Claim # 0DAXXXXXXXXXX Name of provider: ****** ***** & ***** Claim # 0DAXXXXXXXXXX Name of provider: Century Integrated I sent the Fax as instructed on Dec 12, 2021 and they confirmed they received it and they have been telling me every two weeks that it will take another 2-4 weeks to get a resolution and still no answer.Business response

Century Integrated Partners, Inc. sent me and my wife a letter requesting payment for "Emergency Physician Bill" despite us having health insurance that handles all of our bills. We have determined to be a predatory scam.Business response

I received a letter from collection agency for debt of about 915$.I have no clue why I was charged nor have I visited this hospital.
