August 26th about 6:10 pm I arrived at the dispensary at 6pm to pick up a order I had placed earlier that day I got my order everything was fine I was out by about 6:05 I checked my bag in the parking lit n realized they gave me the wrong pre roll they gave me a 1 gram infused strawberry something pre roll I ordered a 1.5 gram infused blueberry cookies pre roll so I went back n told them they had me wait in the front lobby before you go into where they sale everything I was waiting a few minutes for the manager I had to use the bathroom I told the security guards they let me into where they sale everything but told me I can't use the bathroom I told them I have a medical problem with my bladder n can't hold it they said I have to wait for the manager to ask I repeatedly told them I can't wait n hold it like them I have a medical problem they laughed some I asked where a manager was a guy raised his hand i rolled over to the desk where they sale stuff where he was n told me I need to use the bathroom I have a medical problem he said he has to ask another ************ was helping someone else already i told him repeatedly for the other manager because i have a medical problem n need the bathroom he walked back laughed some n went to the back then came out n can't refusing to let me use the bathroom this whole time I was still waiting for the manager to fix my order as well which I told them I had only been back because they gave me the wrong order I have a medical problem n need to use the bathroom they kept refusing finally gave me the correct pre roll n kicked me out n had security follow me n tell me I am 86th from the place I had ****** myself some in the parking lot where everyone drives into the dispensary so I stopped myself from peeing n took it out n peed on the side of the drive way entrance where I was at because the dispensary refused the let me use the bathroom.security bout 4-5 guys followed me out harassing me yelling me to go back to themInitial Complaint

Advertisement says 2x city trees **** vapes cartriges for $25. Upon confirmation of my order I'm told the items I am purchasing do not count on this deal and will be $35 a piece instead. There are no disclosures about what city trees **** cartridges are part of this deal. Manager states that one cart is a distillate and the other is a live resin but when you use their website to filter the deals these both cartridge types show up. The deal wording is very simple and only mentions cartridges bit nothing else.Business response

I went to purchase an item from this store that was advertised on their website as having a Buy One Get One Free offer for a City Trees 1 g Cartridge. Additionally, the website forces a discount on their displayed prices from the hours of 420pm and 710 pm everyday. This discount brought the price of the cartridge down from $49 to $29 with an additional BOGO free offer. I explained to the cashier that this was the offer I wanted, explained the price listed upon their website but the cashier said he could not assist me with any discounts per the managers advice meanwhile the person being assisted to my left is completing a sale for the discounted item and the free BOGO offer for $29 plus tax. They paid the same amount that I did but they received an additional cartridge for free while at the same time, denying me the same discount. I called and spoke to KJ a manager, who was rude and condescending on the phone. after KJ being confrontation and unpleasant, I hung up and called back and spoke with Manager ******* about the sale and the issue with **. ** intercepted the phone call when I was placed on hold and continued to verbally harass me on the phone. he explained he was going to write up the employee for the issue even though ** expressed the employee was new. I was not happy that ** retaliated against an employee over my complaint, he only made the phone call more displeasing.Business response

We've taken time to review camera footage, discounts and spoke with my team regarding this matter. Not one other customer received a double discount.
On 2/14/23 we were running our 420p - 710p Happy Hour Deal with 40% off all CT products, as well as our all day BOGO deals.
Unfortunately, we do not stack any discounts. Discounts only apply to items that are not on sale.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the ad was misleading, the encounter with staff was poor. No effort on the company to prevent this issue from occurring again. Fix the misleading ad and do whats right in regards to the missing cartridge. No one is asking the business to stack deals were just asking to honor their misleading ad.

If a consumer does not understand the deals on our website we are always more than happy to explain them.
In regards to the "missing cartridge", there is no cartridge missing.
The BOGO (specialty deal) for the 1g City Trees Cartridges is a separate deal from the, "420p - 710p Happy Hour 40% off non-sale items" City Trees Product Deal.
If the consumer was "missing" a cartridge, the consumer would have had to opt into the deal for the BOGO (specialty deal) which would have been a $49 cartridge with a second cartridge for $0.05.
The consumer purchased a 1g City Trees Cartridge for 40% off at the price of $29, during the "420p -710p Happy Hour 40% off non-sale items" City Trees Product Deal.
The consumer stated that he overheard another consumer receive both deals combined ("stacked deals"). Which is what the consumer is asking for.
We have reviewed all discounts, taken time to do camera reviews on the transactions near the consumer on 2/14/2023 @ 6:58p.
After taken the time to review the consumers allegations of being denied a discount, no other consumer was offered a different deal.
On 2/14/2023, the manager the consumer is referring to, reached out to the general manager for this matter and was informed that unfortunately we do not and can not offer the deals to be combined (stacked.)
After speaking to the manager and cashier that assisted the consumer, it was brought to our attention, that the consumer was not ok with the information given and would not allow the manager to explain the deals.
The consumer was also contacted by the business on 2/16/2023 and was informed that no other consumer was offered a combined deal as we do not offer combined deals.
The consumer was rude when contacted by the business, by questioning the general managers availability, suggesting that they were not offered the same deals as other consumers when they were, as well as interrupting both the manager and general manager when they were contacted.
We have attached the websites disclaimer, that states "All prices shown are pre-tax. All deals subject to availability. State purchasing limits always apply. Locals discounts, veterans discounts, etc. DO NOT STACK ON SPECIALTY DEALS. All deals available for delivery unless otherwise noted. While supplies last*."

I am rejecting this response because: the manager made little attempt to fix the situation. The managers behavior has been rude and inappropriate at every turn. The most recent response from the manager insulting my character should serve as a reminder of the type of establishment that oasis is. In regards to the advertising issue. I understand your view but I cant understand how a business lacks accountability through and through. Your running a BOGO free promotion that cannot be stacked however the website adds on a forced deal to the transaction screen while shopping, this, combined with your 40% discount from 4:20 promo is very misleading. The website leads you to believe that the transaction is a BOGO and is additionally discounted by 40%. Your website led me to believe this and as the comments show on your own ****** reviews, many other people have been misled by previous ads in a similar fashion when interacting with your website. I expected 1 cartridge at $29 + tax and 1 BOGO as directed on your ********* screen on website. As far as the attack to my character. You should take a moment to reflect on your own actions. You have no idea what disabilities people deal with and your behavior and attacks are unwarranted and inappropriate. Fix your website. Dont mislead people and correct the issue. Im happy the comment is public.

My husband made an order for delivery to our home on 4/20/22 and he did not receive an item. He called for a few days and got the run around that it had to be reviewed by the manager. I called today and was told that the video showed that everything had been placed in the bag and that there was nothing else that they were prepared to do for us. Despite asking I was unable to speak to anyone else during that call. I am reaching for additional assistance in this matter. It was a $35 dollar item and while this is not a great amount of money it is about the company doing what is right. Thank you for assistance in this matter.Business response
