They put this shirt on the rack with holes in the back and back seem. It was something I did not notice until today. I contacted the store to allow them to handle the problem. I'm visiting from out of town so I cannot return. They said there shirts are quality, but the photos show otherwise. I assure you I did not make or create these holes. I liked the pattern on the shirt and that's why I purchased it. If the fabric is breaking down after purchase, perhaps this store is selling counterfeit items. I just want the situation corrected and not ignored.Business response

On December 20th, 2023, a customer visited our store and engaged in the process of trying on various shirts in the fitting room. Subsequently, the customer selected a blue designed shirt in size Small. Our salesperson diligently scanned the barcode, folded the chosen shirt with care, and ensured its pristine condition before completing the transaction.
After a lapse of six days, the customer reached out to express dissatisfaction, asserting that the purchased shirt contained holes. In response, we conveyed our commitment to delivering brand-new items by explaining our meticulous process. At our store, every article undergoes steaming and a comprehensive inspection; any defective items are promptly removed and returned to the manufacturer.
In an effort to address the customer's concerns, we presented the option of either a store credit or a replacement shirt. The customer opted for a new shirt, which was dispatched on December 28th, 2023, with attached proof of delivery.
Upon receipt of the complaint, direct contact was established with the customer. Subsequently, the customer confirmed the satisfactory receipt of the replacement shirt, expressing contentment with the resolution of the matter.
This incident underscores our dedication to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our customers and highlights our commitment to swift and effective problem resolution.
