Order number *****, Las Vegas, NV through ***********. I paid $85 to rent a wheelchair from 5/7/22 to 5/11/22. Two days before my arrival in Las Vegas they called me and advised I would need to pay a $20 delivery fee and $100 refundable damage deposit. There was never any mention of this when booking online but I obliged because I needed the wheelchair. It now has been 27 days since the wheelchair was returned and they have not issued a refund. I've called and emailed them multiple times and have been told each time they were going to let the manager know and refer it to the "refund department" but the money still has not been returned and there's been no explanation as to why.Initial Complaint

Cloud of goods contracted with this company to deliver 2 heavy duty mobility scooters to to be delivered to the ****** hotel. I called Matriece S***** of ******************* who was to deliver the scooters the next day , and had a 5 minute phone conversation with her on how this needed to be a large heavy duty scooter as my mother is 83 and quite large with severe arthritis. Copd and cancer. She brought me a very small fold up scooter which she assembled and tried to stuff my mother in there ( which was quite painful for her, Mom could not fit in the scooter or even turn the chair around. She kept insisting this was a large heavy duty scooter and was quite nasty. I told her we would be unable to use it. She left in anger and cloud of goods were in contact with her and deemed this a large heavy duty scooter and they would only refund 75% of my money. I feel ripped off . I told her exactly what i needed and she failed to deliver, I would like a full refund. This company is very dishonest!
