      I purchased a NC750DCT ***** Motorcycle on 7/13/24 and I paid cash for it. I was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. I've been told they haven't gotten the object and can't tell me with any certainty when I will be getting it. This is unacceptable!!!!! I want what I paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this issue and provide additional information. Our dealership group has the ability to access inventory across a vast network of locations nationwide. The specific vehicle purchase by **************** was located out of state. As we worked with our logistics team to bring the vehicle to our location, there were a few inforseen delays. We maintained communication with ****************, but because he seemed unsatisfied with the delay, we have issued him a full refund of the vehicle purchased. We consider this issue to be fully resolved.

      I had purchased a motorcycle and the salesman added a 2 year extended warranty on the contract without my permission. I then went the following day to sign a form to cancel it, the salesman said it would take 4-8 weeks for the warranty to fall off. The motorcycle was stolen six months later and the extended warranty was never cancelled. The insurance is paying the full loss amount to the financer but there is still an outstanding amount exactly for the extended warranty amount of $1,699.00. The claim would have been paid in full is it wasnt for the extended warranty that I never asked for and had made an attempt to cancel which was never carried out by **** the Finance manager.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and to provide additional information. The signed cancellation form received by our warranty cancellations department was dated 6/6/2024. This form provides the customer with both a phone # and email address directly to our cancellations processors if there are any questions or concerns during the cancellation process. Additionally, the form indicates to allow at least 4 - 8 weeks for processing. We can say that ******************** request has been completed and funds sent to his lienholder. It will take time for his lienholder to post and have these funds listed on his monthly statement.

      I purchased a bike in August of 2023 from Ridenow on Rancho. In that contract, I did not notice at the time that they had sold me a "lifetime battery warranty" for $699. The very next week I reached out to cancel that contract. As of August 18th, 2023, ****** at Ridenow Powersports was in receipt of my cancellation contract. I was told it will be processed and the funds sent back to my finance account. I have reached out 10 times since then to find out the current progress of my cancellation. As of 12/27/23 it is still not cancelled. They (******) keeps saying they are reaching out to find out what is going on but never gets an answer to me. I am simply asking to be refunded the money that is owed to me.

      We do apologize that you were not able to obtain status updates via our store location. At the bottom of your cancellation form is the phone # and email to our cancellations department. They handle all requests received from consumers. We do show that our store did turn in your request to cancel and we can also confirm that the warranty administrator has completed your request as well. We have issued your refund to your lien holder. How quickly that is applied to your loan balance can vary. We will reach out to your lien holder to see if we can confirm any additional information on your behalf, but many lien holders require the account holders approval to release account information.

      I purchased a side by side vehicle ******* YXZ) from RideNow PowerSports on Boulder in Henderson ******. I was told I could not test drive the vehicle and after being assured that the vehicle had been gone through and it was in good condition I paid cash for it. After riding it 3 times the clutch completely went out while I was on the side of a mountain. I purchased the extended warranty from RideNow but it did not apply to the repair as it was considered "wear and tear." After paying $1500 to fix the clutch I was given the parts with the comment that I should show them to RideNow and get my repair cost returned as the clutch was almost gone when I bought it. Not only that, the transmission fluid had never been replaced in the vehicle and the brakes are almost gone as well. The horn doesn't work, either.I had a conversation with ************** from RideNow who assured me he would take care of this then has for the past few weeks not returned my phone calls or texts so I am now looking into legal assistance to get the clutch replacement cost and the brake repair taken care of as RideNow clearly did not service this vehicle before they sold it to me.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received the information that they called my ex boyfriend 4 days ago and just got the message and left a message at the number provided in the voice mail today. 

      I don't know why this business does not cap my cell number it is in every message and on every document I assigned when I bought the yxz.

      ************ is my cell once again just like I left in the voice mail account **** left in the message I received which actually was to General Manager ********* voice mail. I sent the previous Assistant GM photos which included the serial number of my vehicle to illustrate that this vehicle was not touched before I bought it and had almost no clutch left in spite of my asking. It also had no transmission fluid and the brakes are almost nonexistent as well. 

      Attached are the photos sent to ****** already. I was shown a different vehicle in communication before I got there than the one sold to me. ****** tried to tell me they had gone through it, replaced the engine and clutch and performed transmission work. Clearly that was not done on the vehicle I bought,  hence me sending the photos. He was supposed to look into it and call me back instead several days ago **** called and left a number which is actually *********. I did leave a message today on that number and so far no response.

      RideNow has repaid me for the cost of the clutch repair so please **** this case as resolved. **** did a great job taking over for a departed employee.

      I contacted RideNow on Rancho in April 2023 to purchase a 2022 ***** Side by Side left over . The next day I went to see the machine at RideNow , they could not find the machine on premises so they checked around and said it was in a warehouse in **********. So of course they needed cash to hold it, I put $1000.00 down. 2 weeks go by and still no side by side, so I go to RideNow Rancho in person because they will keep sending you to voice mail and you get no response back. They told me they could not find the machine anywhere and there looking into other options. What **** the salesperson came up with was the exact same SXS but a year newer at the same price. I agreed that would work and gave them another $9000.00 down on April 10, 2023 because the machine was there and I could see it. Made out all new paperwork but there printer for the documents was not working so they printed out the application on standard ***** paper and said that would work. Now they had me make out a registration application and charged me $21.00 to get my sticker ,which they never got. I ask the *** if it was pending and the never got the application. I tried to register it myself but can't get it because I don't have the right dealer paperwork which is the Dealers Report of Sale. That's when the real problem showed up. ***** Financing showed that I have been paying for the 2022 talon sxs , not the 2023 they sold me. So I can never pay this off to get the title, I'm paying on a machine that was never delivered to me or supposedly found. I have called for months and they send me to voice mail with no return call. ***** finance is having the same problem, no return call. I am doing everything possible to resolve this out of court but there forcing me to take legal action because this is looking more like fraud.

      I would like for this company to be addressed as it relates to their practices. It is very unprofessional for a customer to be told that a part was ordered on 8/21/23 to only be strung along, and ultimately told that the part was actually ordered on 9/5/2023. I would also like to address why I was not able to initially gain a part number for the part required for the repair of my vehicle? I also want it to be validated that if this part does not repair my vehicle that I will receive a full refund. I would like for the dealership to address my concerns as it relates to my vehicle not properly being burped on 10/2022.

      I bought a dirt bike from ride now rancho. (Kayo kt250) From start to finish of the sale service was horrible, took hours to finish the sale, to the point it was passed closing time, and they locked the bike away inside the other store. They obviously have zero QC when it comes to thier builds (they said it had to be built that day) because I had a laundry list of problems with the bike, from missing parts, to parts not working.After heat treating the motor I took it for a total of 2 rides with under a hour of ride time on the bike, and wouldn't ride it again with the problems. Got in contact with ride now and they had me bring the bike back in to check on the problems. That was over two months ago. I've had horrible communication with them the entire time, half the time that I call to check on the bike they have to call me back because they don't know what's going on with it. Which a majority of the time I don't get a call back and have to call them. Finally I got fed up with the games and lack of communication from the store and asked the general manager for a refund because at this point I don't want the bike now that the engine and everything else has been pulled on this brand new bike, and I absolutely want zero to do with the company. GM called me back a couple days later and offered to take the bike back and pay for it all besides two grand, said I gotta pay the rest and he can't offer more because of the "condition" of the bike.The bike was in new condition besides for the problems I specifically listed when I contacted them as it's been ***** for under a hour total. Absolutely tired of this company.

      Nothing was handled, I was offered 2 predatory offers that I denied both, and received the bike back with aftermarket parts. Sent picture proof to the manager of the changed parts asking for a explanation and never received anything back.this entire experience is the worst experience I've ever dealt with.

      I bought a ************************ Contract for a 2022 Can Am Maverick X3 on 8/19/2022. Contract #*********. I can canceled the contract on 9/19/2022. I was told I can cancel this at any time by ***** the sales manager for a full refund minus the months used with no other fees.. As of today they have not sent a credit to *******************. I called on 11/14/2022 couldn't leave a message because voice mail was full. No way to contact the finance person direct. I then got a call a few days later from ******** about my paper work being sent to ******* so I can License it. She did sent it right away like she said she would do. She also gave a message to finance to refund my contract and no one contacted me again. We are now 3 months after I bought the Can Am X3. Called again on 12/6/2022 and voice still full. I then called service and asked to be connected direct to finance and got the main line with full voice mail. Called again on 1-16-2023. Voice mail full again. Called again 2-8-2023 and Bill a sales person answered and he told me finance was with a client and they would call back same day. No on has called. We are now 5 months after I canceled the contact and no credit or contact by them.

      I bought a motorcycle on November 8th 2022 I was not provided an EDRS number with my purchase that I am supposed to provide upon registering. They told me upon purchase that I will receive it in email in 7 to 10 days. I watched my emails carefully for 2 weeks no email. I went to the store I purchased from and told them I havnt got it they looked and said they haven't received anything and it should come within 2 to 3 weeks and I told them it's been 2 weeks and they assured me they would have it in 3 weeks. It's now December 6 2022 I have 3 days till my temp tag expires and I still have no EDRS number. I called the store today dec6 and they transferred me to some lady that had not answered her phone I left a message and gave her a good description of my call followed with my number and waited. After 3 hours I called back they transferred me to that lady again and still didnt answer I hung up and called over repeatedly and they would not answer the phone a couple times they picked up and immediately put me on hold without saying a word. All i want is my EDRS number and to put this horrible company behind me. Also I am not the first person that this has happened to ino someone else that has been trying to get this EDRS number for a bike they bought for 2 years now.

      This dealership sold me a motorcycle without having the title and will not assist to remedy the issue and this is making me in violation of contract with my lender. It is illegal to sell a vehicle without a title at a dealership.
