      Wanted to buy a bike that was listed for approx 2450. They added a bunch of fees on which then came out to almost 4700. I told them I don't want any warranty etc. I offered 3000 but they were only willing to go to 4000. It was a pre-owned Kawasaki versys 300cc. The staff was nice and not very pushy which was appreciated.

      This outfit obviously has no supervision. The employees are dishonest and disrespectful. It must have been slim pickings at Manpower when the hired the so-called-managers (they may have been holding a cardboard "work for food" sign on a Rancho intersection). The sales manager implied I was lying when I told him the quote 2 of his sales reps gave me. It's par for the course when millennials are manning the ship. Save yourself some grief and stay far away from these grifters!

      To bad you have to actually give a star. They don't deserve one. I bought a sxs from them 4-3-23. I was told they would send the paperwork to az dmv within 2 weeks. Here it is August and I still haven't received anything. I have tried contacting them numerous times and If I do talk to anyone I get the someone will call you back shortly. Not once have I gotten a call back. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I have always heard bad things about ride now. I guess I should have listened. Not sure how this company is still in business. I know they will never get mine again

      I bought a Seadoo GTI SE 130 and trailer on May 27, 2023. They gave me a 10 day temporary use paper so I can use it legally till my registration papers come in. It is now June 21, 2023 well past my 10 day limit and I don’t have any registration or tags. I have called 6 times and get transferred to voice mail and no one has returned a call. I called the finance company because I am supposed to make my first payment next week but Sheffield finance said that the paperwork is held up at the dealer. In addition to the paperwork problem, the Seadoo lists/leans to the port side and when I called the mechanic he didn’t have any answers or suggestions for me. So yea, I am very disappointed in the service or I should say lack of service at this establishment. At the very least , call your customers back.

      It is resolved but it was a long hassle. I bought my seadoo Memorial Day weekend and you gave me a 10 day temporary use pass. I got my permanent tags in August!

      I made an appointment over two weeks in advance to go in and be charged $174 and be told I had to make another appointment. I brought in a 2018 going to have the reverse cables adjusted and that is what I told the service advisor. After being there a half a day I was called up to the service desk and was told I needed to reverse cables adjusted, but they would not be able to get the work done today because they were backed up with two engine overhaul‘s. They were very eager to charge me a diagnostic charge and not do the work I requested. Instead, they wanted to rescheduled me. A courtesy call before I went in for no reason would have been greatly appreciated. I drove over 60 miles one way to be charged for no reason. Another concern I noticed Goldwing s sitting out in direct sunlight with the sun and heat beaten down on the instrument panel, I know this is damaging to the digital screens. I have done over 10 years mechanical work for Sewell Cadillac and Moritz Cadillac in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Also 18 years in the mechanical department at Bnsf railway. In my opinion Ride now has poor management skills and poor service. I would definitely not recommend this dealership.

      Purchased a 2022 Ryker Rally in December of 2022, Every month I have owned this product the dealership has had it for multiple issues. Like with all the other complaints customer service could have been better. They never have any parts in stock even though they sell the bike which doesn't make sense to me. The latest episode they have had my bike for almost 30 days with no conclusion of when my bike will be fixed even though it's under warranty. They haven't offered a loaner or tried to take the parts off another bike to which they stated when they sold me mine, they have plenty of bikes in the back. This dealership is typical of take your money and after you sign it's not our problem!!! Beware of buying from this place as there ok at selling things but not very expeditious of resolving anything if you have problems with your product.

      Hello, I'm not usually one to contact a dealership about a dirt bike, but in this case, it is very extreme. I recently bought 2022 Kayo TD 125 Over on Ride now Rancho in Las Vegas. I had paid it in full and all in cash and was told that they would bring it to MY HOUSE. Shoot, I even the title and all the paperwork for the bike. A guy by the name of Sean ******, and Jesus ******* sold me the dirt bike. They told me that they would have an answer by Sunday, which by the way we bought on Saturday. One Week goes by and not one phone call or text from Sean. WE Had to call the dealership to see what was going on, but of course the guy was "busy helping customers" and would give us a call back. We waited a couple days before we decided to call again. And once again he was busy and he "had to call us later". It's almost like the guy was ignoring us. Then the guy calls us saying that the bike is out of stock. Which is irrelevant because they had already sold us the bike. Once again, we have all of the Paperwork and even the title for the bike, which doesn't make sense because they already sold it to us. I mean is this how customers are treated now? Super Bad service from the rancho dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND LITERALLY SCAME YOU.

      I purchased a bike from ride now rancho 2 months ago. They roped me into 2 warranties that I did not want but was told that's how the bikes are sold. Come to find out I didn't HAVE to buy any warranty. I went down there to cancel both warranties which I have signed documents stating it would be cancelled and neither have been cancelled. Tried to call rumble on finance to see if I could get them to cancel it for me and they told me to call ride now to handle it. So now it's this back and forth game. I spoke with art at ride now which is a finance manager when I tried to cancel the first time. He asked if I was sure that I wanted to cancel because my bike might blow up. It's 2020 Yamaha mt07 with 1500 miles on it. I don't ride rough so I don't see why it would or why they would be selling motorcycles that would have issues. I have to call at least 15 times to get anyone to answer and usually I get hung up on and have to call back until I get someone on the phone. I've even gone back down ther several times to speak with someone , so they know who I am and they just walk passed ** and act like they don't know who I am. One warranty was for repairs and then the other was for a manufacturer battery warranty. Tried to get the battery replaced once and they said you have to pay labor fee of $80. I went to parts and asked how much the battery would be. They told me $80. So that's pretty much free money to the dealership for something I could've done on my own. I will never buy anything from these guys again.

      Steven,

      We do not force anyone to purchase any products. You were offered a extended warranty and guaranteed asset protection at time of purchase and you did elect to purchase both products. We do sell all of our units with battery warranty. You requested for both products to be canceled and we sent in the documentation to have both products canceled. At time of cancelation we told you it could take 8-10 weeks to cancel but you would get a refund from the date the products were canceled. We spoke to you yesterday on the phone regarding this matter and told you that your lender should be receiving the cancelation money shortly. I am sorry that you feel this way but you did sign documents electing to take the coverage. You should be receiving your refund shortly and I will update you once my cancellation department tells me. Thank you

      Clyde told me that the battery warranty was mandatory due to it being a "manufacturer warranty" and when he also gave me the warranty options that I "had to pick one of the 3 options" so yes it was forced. It has been 10
      Weeks and those warranties are still attached to my loan.

      I recently purchased a bike from ridenow powersports on Russell and boulder the bikes ticket price was $12,000 and I was told after tax it would be $14,000 I had them help me get approved for financing and the brought out a paper explaining what I would be paying I gave them $600 and was told I would be financing the other $13,400 after agreeing to this they sent me a contract to my email to sign 2 employees wer helping me one of them asked for me to open the email and hand him my phone while that employe scrolled thro the contract on my phone stopping to have me E sign the other employe basically kept me distracted explaining the paper I was show and agreed to every so often the employee with my phone would say sign here I asked him what I was signing and he ensured me it contained exactly what I was being shown on paper so I finished signing they gave me the keys and I left a week goes by and I open up that email to refresh my memory on when my first payment was due by looking thro the contract they had me sign on my phone thats when I realized they told the finance company I was financing not the $14000 I had agreed to but actually $26,000 in the fine print they added numerous BS fees that were never disclosed to me
      * $7888 for a non-taxable fee
      * $3800 for parts and labor
      (Mind you I didnt get any parts or labor done)
      * $1500 for a freight fee
      * $600 for about other fee
      * $599 for a documentary fee
      * $1500 for extended warranty
      (Mean while they told me I wasn't getting any extended warranty)

      And a couple other phoney BS charges
      When I called and asked them about this the manager tried to tell me I agreed to all of it and even tho he couldnt explain the reason for any of those extra fees insisted they wer all legitimate

      On top of all that the bike had issues its clutch was going bad and wined really loud the bike seemed to over heat all the time after just a short period of time riding it and when you would start it it would crank over for a really long time before it would actually start sometimes so long it would almost kill the battery before actually starting

      I ended up taking the bike back to them before the grace period to do so was up the kept my $600 deposit and when I asked to speak to the highest up manager for that location to tell him what his employes tried to pull to see if he was aware he only smiled and then said to him "so you are not only aware of what your employees are doing but you are ok with them scaming people" he just laughed in my face and said "have a good day" and walked away from me

      People need to be aware of what this business is doing to people and something needs to be done they are committing fraud, lying about the quality of there bikes, and scaming people to line there own pockets on the side

      The bike I purchased was a 2017 yamaha R6 brand new from a yamaha dealership they cost $14000
      Ridenow sold me a used one with 10,000 miles on it and tried to get away with telling the finance company I was spending $26,000

      If I hadn't of gone back over the contract when I did I wouldn't of noticed they did the whole bait and switch act on me and I would be stuck owing the finance company $26000 plus the interest on the loan for a bike that ran like ****

      Mr G***** came in and purchased the Yamaha R6 from us. He was shown total price for the bike and total pricing with all the backend he chose. He signed all of the documents acknowledging this and signed all contracts to conclude the deal. a week later we returned the bike and unwinded the deal in good faith, which we don't normally do.

      Thank you,
