Business committed to synchronize the carburetors on a **** ***** CBR600F3 motorcycle registered and insured. To diagnose why the front brake drags and a drivetrain/clutch noise. All the repairs and services were conducted and was contacted to come pick up and ready for delivery on November 8. Upon delivery the vehicle began leaking gasoline, and the direct air injection was not reinstalled and left disconnected. The vehicle delivered had the direct air injection disconnected already for the carburetor synchronization issue. They told me would require additional hours to connect the direct air injection. They are making errors and are not building trust, integrity and not being friendly or owning their mistakes and trying to blame the customer. There is also marking all over the seat from the technician and a bolt was placed improperly scratching underneath the seat. The motorcycle technician is not following the proper procedure to reinstall a seat and blamed not connecting the direct air injection standard item back since the rear fairing has no bolts and those are connected with grommets.
Had **** ***** CBR600F3 registered and insured motorcycle have the following services performed: Carburetor Sychronization, and Inspection/ Diagnostic clutch/drivetrain noise and front brake dragging or front axle not aligned on October 7th. Required right front fork replacement and rebuild due to damage/bent. Upon delivery of vehicle the front seat was not bolted on. While delivering vehicle home the seat came off. Was not on a street with a speed limit over 25mph luckily would be fatal causing injury or death. The front brake is making a dragging noise and may be the front axle not aligned, a front wheel hub spacer not in place, etc. The front suspension preload adjusters are not even and are set to be even and apparently there is no explanation from rebuilding one and why the two don't match up. Motorcycles don't have mismatching front suspension adjusters to make up for differences both should be identical. (photo attached) I returned and told the service desk on November 10 with the seat that wasn't attached and their explanation was yeah you will have to attach it and went back to their business. I have all the footage on video recording via an iPhone 13. Lacking Standards of Trust as a business committed to diagnostic and repair of motorcycle vehicles when they return them and left unsafe and dangerous with zero accountability or responsibility and avoidance for leaving the seat not bolted on.
