    Ordered a fairing set for my zx14 back in December. First set showed up in 3 weeks but it came in the wrong color. Sent a few emails and they agreed to replace the parts that were painted wrong. Waited 2 and a half months for the replacement parts and when they finally arrived they were the exact same as the first set that was painted wrong. I am no longer getting responses from them.

    Ordered fairing in October of 2022. The 1st set was received 2 months later damaged. Replacement parts were sent 2 months later and came damaged. The last replacement parts we sent a month later undamaged. The issue is now the paint doesn't match and the last email I received from Kings Motorcycle Fairings was April 2nd. They were very helpful until they weren't. So now I have a 700 dollar set of Fairings that don't match.

    The kings site has a surprising amount of fairing options with many different color designs. I personally was looking for a new set of bright colored plastics that would ************ standout on the road. I ended up finding a **** neon shark design and knew I had to have it. Thx K.M.F.!

    Received my fairing (order number#2185) yes it was of a decent quality but the nosecone is the wrong colour, supposed to be black and silver as the picture on the website shows, it turns up all silver. After emailing kings and asking them to rectify it I was told by Laura in an email they replicated what was on the website so they obviously don't know what is on their own website, I have emailed them five times with their own pictures and pictures of my original and I'm being ignored. At this moment in time I would not recommend this company to anyone..... Mark W. A very unhappy customer.

    Do not buy from them, I've seen similar stories to what happened to me, I ordered a kit for my R1 on the 12th of March, I have emailed them after not receiving anything for over 2 months and I was 'assured' it would be in my hands within a few weeks. I also got a fake tracking number which has just stopped in China with no progress since the 20th of March. Currently it is the 27th of April with no further progress. Unfortunately I didn't pay with PayPal so I am going through a long process with my bank to get my money back so I can buy a legitimate fairing kit.

As mentioned, international shipping into Australia takes several months (something we cannot control and is dictated by COVID-19 customs processing). We also provide the fastest shipping times in our industry. The tracking number we provided is through Australia Post and it will activate once your fairing order arrives into Australia and passes through customs. Anthony, I want to assure you that we have a significantly large customer base in Australia that are more than happy with their fairing orders, despite slow global shipping times.
