      Castle Labor moved my belongings from ********* to my new home in ******* on March 14, 2024. They damaged the front of my house and some of the walls inside the house during the move and they are refusing to give me any information to file an insurance claim. The owner literally write me that he will not help me file an insurance claim against his company. He will not pay for damages and will not let me file an insurance claim. He told me to ****** the information, but would not give me the name of the insurance company to ******. He sent me a fake screen shot of a document that he did not actually send to me. The document has no information on it about the insurance company's name or number. Please help.

      I am writing on behalf of Castle Labor regarding a dispute raised by ************************ concerning damages allegedly incurred during the course of our business with her. We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and clarify our position.

      First and foremost, Castle Labor takes great pride in providing high-quality services to our clients. We have stringent protocols in place to ensure that all projects are completed to the utmost satisfaction of our customers. In the case of ************************, we can confirm that we entered into a contract of satisfaction upon completing her job, explicitly stating that no damages were incurred during our engagement.

      Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that Castle Labor explicitly disclaims responsibility for any damages caused by third-party services or individuals not directly employed by our company. While we strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability, we cannot assume liability for actions beyond our direct control.

      It is worth noting that **************************** satisfaction with our services was evident, as indicated by her positive review and the generous $300 tip she provided. Additionally, we obtained a signed contract of completion and satisfaction from ************************, further affirming her contentment with our work.

      In light of these facts, we respectfully request that the Better Business Bureau dismiss any claims of responsibility on Castle Labor's part for the damages purportedly experienced by ************************. We remain committed to upholding our contractual obligations and ensuring the continued satisfaction of our valued clients.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** is referring to the first time they moved me when they say I gave them a good review. This is the second timethey moved me with different workers and they did damage to my home this time. I included the photographic evidence. Further, I always tip workers. I am fair-minded and reasonable. They worked hard for a 14 hour day even though they did damage the house and the furniture. I assumed that the company would do the right thing and cover damages from their employees. But they did not. NO THIRD PARTY DAMAGED MY HOUSE. The employees and THE ***** WHO WAS THERE AT TIMETHE DAMAGES OCCURRED damaged my house and my walls and some of my furniture. I do not take that out on individual workers. I do expect the company to file an insurance claim for the damages THEY CAUSED. They FRAUDULENTLY refused to allow me to file an insurance claim. I included the pictures of the damages. The owner saw the damages himself. He was there when they happened. It is insult to injury to claim a "third party" damaged them. The owner was incredibly unprofessional. And he very rudely told me he would not help me file an insurance claim against company for damages that THEY CAUSED. This response from the owner and this company is outrageous and completely unacceptable. They simply refuse to do the right thing and they should not be in business if this is how they handle things when THEIR company damages customer's homes and furniture. I have never been treated so badly by a company. I was so kind to them in every interaction. I was so kind to workers the whole time. I didn't freak out when the damages occurred. I simply expected them to take care of it because it was their responsibility and they have refused to do the right thing at every turn. I am disgusted. No customer should be treated this way. It is wrong on every level what they have done.
